Overview:iReceivables is an internet based self-service application that both customers and employees can access to access Receivables data:
Customers can perform extensive inquiries on their own accounts- view account balances and aging
Dispute Bills
Pay Invoices
Review Account balances online
Print copies of invoices and credits
Download statements
View current status of dispute
Contact AR departments for comments and questions on-line
Match credits to invoices
Integrated with iPayment to allow customers to pay online
Can be used for internal inquiry by sales person, the credit department and customer service representatives (they have no ability to transact).
Self-Registration:Allows the customers to self-register to access their account information using web portal.
Prerequisite: Must have customer number, credit memo number, debit memo number, invoice number or
payment number.

PBSO portal must have a link to iReceivables page
Self-Registration Process:The customers will be accessing iReceivables from PBSO portal which will route them to this page:
Step1) Log into PBSO portal Page to access iReceivables
Step 2) Identify yourself by selecting customer number, invoice number, DM, CM, or payment number. Enter the Value for the selection criteria chosen above, enter your valid email address and user name then click ‘Next’

Step 3) Select All Locations or specific location if you more than one location and click on Next which will generate “Access Request” form.
Step 4) Enter all fields. All mandatory fields are denoted by ‘*’. After entering all the fields as designated below, enter ‘Next’

Step 5) Access Request: Review Request page will be generated. Please review information and then click on submit button.
Step 6) you have to check Agreement to Terms and conditions otherwise this message will be generated:
Click on ‘Submit’ button again and a message will generate for your request
You will get an email to your email you registered under.

Log in as customer to your accountOnce you are successfully registered you can log into your account via PBSO internal portal
Step 1) Log into your account using your username and password from self registration
Step 2) Click on iReceivables Account management Responsibility:

Step 3) Click on Customer Access menu

You can view your current balances or click on to see aging of your balances. You can click on Overdue Receivables to see details of overdue receipts.

You can change the format to EXCEL, PDF, or RTF and click on export to export the data or alternatively click on transaction number to see transaction details.

You can export the data, click on printable page to print the transaction, Dispute or view activities against the transaction.
Activities:
Click on Export:
Choose open with or save file

File is opened in Excel format
Click on Printable Page:

Click on ‘X’ to close the form or print the page
Click on ‘Dispute’ to dispute a transaction

Select reason for dispute and click ‘Next
Enter Amount or percent and comments and click on ‘Next’ to proceed with dispute. Review credit page will be generated. Click on Submit to confirm

You can return to account details or View Credit memo request:
View CM request:
This is a request, once approved credit will be generated
Click on Return to account details

You can modify your search to view transactions by an status, by specific transaction type or use advanced search functions:

Click on More search options to restrict your search:
For example to search by specified dates, click on transaction date from and to button and then ‘Go’ button.
