Born from the Doug Thorley Headers legendary Tri-Y configuration, our WORX series headers unleash all the head turning, asphalt burning performance that defines the American muscle car. Each WORX Series header has been carefully tuned to extract maximum power and efficiency from either the 5.0L “Coyote” V8 found in ’11-‘12 Ford Mustangs, or the 6.2L V8 of the ’10-‘12 Chevrolet Camaro.

Dyno results have shown peak gains of more than 25 horsepower on the Mustang, and upwards of 30 for the Camaro. The Tri-Y origin of the WORX design means that it also makes plenty of power in the low and mid range while building to those huge gains near the rev-limiter, making the WORX our most powerful and versatile header yet.

WORX Series headers are 100% made in the USA from TIG welded thick wall T304 stainless steel tubing, for maximum durability. All WORX headers are designed to facilitate the easiest installation process possible. Keep you eye out for even more WORX Series header applications coming soon!

The Tri-Y Header is designed with an emphasis on maximum low and mid range torque, while making ample horsepower throughout the RPM range. The 4:2:1 Tri-Y header design makes it the ideal choice for trucks, tow-rigs, RV’s and most street applications. The collector design makes this header one of our most efficient, which means you’ll see improvements both on the dyno and at the pump.

A Doug Thorley Headers original design, the 4:2:1 collector specification on the Tri-Y Header is engineered to match your engine’s firing order and thereby maximize exhaust scavenging - the complete expulsion of gasses on the exhaust stroke. The Tri-Y design creates more useable power and torque than any other header design, making it the header of choice for enthusiasts who want the most bang for their buck.

Modern engine compartments are crowded spaces, and seem to be getting even more crowded with every new year. That’s why we’ve developed our Shortie Headers to provide maximum performance in a compact, easy to install package. Our Shortie Headers replace restrictive stock manifolds with thick wall steel tubing for increased exhaust flow, but retain the factory mounting locations for emissions equipment to keep you street legal.

The Shortie Header works great in applications where space is limited, and a Long-Tube or Tri-Y header just won’t fit. Easy installation, more power and better fuel economy make the Shortie a winner.

Our Long Tube Headers replace restrictive stock exhaust manifolds with long primary tubes designed to dramatically increase the flow of exhaust gasses, and reduce power-robbing backpressure within the exhaust system. Allowing the engine to breathe more freely improves power and efficiency, making our Long Tube Headers one of the most cost-effective modifications you can make to your vehicle.

The Long Tube Header is perfect for any high-performance street or strip application. Each header is constructed from thick wall steel, and all come finished with our beautiful ceramic coating for long-lasting performance.

Eliminating restriction in the exhaust system to allow your engine to breathe freely is often the first step on the way to producing more power, and Doug Thorley Headers has over half a century of experience in doing just that. Our cat-back and turbo-back exhaust systems draw on that experience to deliver more horsepower and torque than restrictive OEM systems, and a satisfying rumble that lets others know you mean business.

We build our cat-back and turbo-back systems using tough 16-gauge tubing for extra durability, with smooth mandrel bends for maximum flow and maximum efficiency! Each of our systems utilizes our exclusive Aero-Flow mufflers that feature straight-thru perforated cores, with no power robbing baffles or chambers, to produce maximum power and that signature Doug Thorley sound.

Installation is as simple as bolting the new system up to the factory mounting

locations, and each kit includes easy to use clamps to ensure a fast and clean fit without any welding required. As a finishing touch, most systems come standard with a decorative exhaust tip featuring a laser etched Doug Thorley Headers logo. Additional show-quality tip styles are available in a number of finishes, including super durable polished T304 stainless steel.

Just like our headers, every Doug Thorley Headers exhaust system is made in the USA, and backed by our limited lifetime warranty to give you peace of mind. Pair one of our cat-back systems with one of our header systems for the ultimate in American made performance!

SHIPMENT METHODAll orders ship F.O.B. Corona, CA standard method is Fedex Ground unless other method requested. Palletized truck shipment carrier is at the discretion of Doug Thorley Headers unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING CLAIMSMissing, damaged or other claims must be handled directly through the carrier and the customer direct.

LIMITED WARRANTYDoug Thorley Headers products are under warranty against defective materials and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser owns the said product. Limited warranty is non transferable and proof of purchase will be required for any claim. Any NON defective, unopened, uninstalled item may be returned within seven days of receipt and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Bluing, discoloration and/or rust are not covered under the limited warranty and are considered normal. Wrapping headers with “Header Wrap” will void any and all warranties including the ceramic coating. Contact Doug Thorley Headers directly at (951)739-5900 to obtain an ROG number prior to return of product. Any shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the consumer. Authorized returns will be either repaired or replaced at Doug Thorley’s discretion. Doug Thorley Headers is not responsible for any costs incurred including labor to remove or install the defective product or any damages whether consequential, special or otherwise including injuries arising from the use of Doug Thorley Headers products.
