distributed training needs: build it and they willcome.

The emphasis has changed to fully articulatingthose NATO/multinational training requirements

Identify and evaluate existing and potential capability gaps for M&S in the context ofall NATO information exchange requirements including NNEC, Operational AnalysisAMN and the DNBL net initiative

Recommend appropriate, cost effective Network solutions Recommend and manage the appropriate Security and Accreditation process.

Shared Scenarios Project will: Develop and validate a Bi-SC concept for Shared Scenarios for NATO Exercises

Develop policies and directives to exploit NATO scenarios Identify and recommend the organizational structure to support and exploit theshared scenario capability within NATO

Identify the user training requirements for the Shared Scenarios capability andpropose a training plan, including necessary resources.

Develop the necessary applications to support the concept.
