Down South

Gospel Church

Welcome Church,

Welcome all to Down South Gospel. If you missed last Sunday you

missed a brilliant word form Elke on being real about what you are

going through, sharing your disappointments of life bravely and

pushing through. Also a great and fun time (although a few tears) at

Noel and Steph's send off) at the Old Broadwater Farm.

God is faithful to accomplish all that He purposes. Some people seethe chill of winter while others see ski fields. God sees us where weare at. He draws us to His light ..the light of Jesus shed for us toenjoy and live in. Jesus seeks a closer and more intimate life withus. He seeks to bless us. God's plan for DSG is to protect and stayit, to bring it into a new season of growth and challenge andmaturing...and for your life his plan is the same..... He can be reliedupon ...HIS PLANS ARE GOOD. Jeremiah 31:33

What a fantastic day last Sunday out at BroadwaterFarm! I know Noel and Steph both felt so loved andsend a warm thank you for a special afternoon. Well

done everyone.

Congrats to Pania who has received a Netball scholarship to

her new school

Parents with babies and toddlers are welcome to go

upstairs and join the Kidzone crew if they become

unsettled. An area for the little ones will be set aside for

them to play. The children must have a parent with them

however as the Kidzone teachers have their hands full.

We now have a Facebook page, so if you are into FB, look up'Down South Gospel'. It should be another great way to let youknow what's happening and have a bit of fun as well.

There a few left over plates and trays from the Karas

farewell. See Kath Bailey for oven tray and a serving

tray and the church office for 2 large white serving

dishes.
