ABOUT THE DSD PROGRAMGensler is now seeking applicants for the 2017 class of the Design Strategist Development (DSD) Program! Launched in 2015, the DSD Program is unlike anything else within the design industry. This 24-month, professional development program prepares and educates Gensler’s next generation of strategic thinkers. Participants are immersed in the firm’s Consulting practice, where they solve problems related to space, technology, policies, and services in order to help clients maximize their investments in the built environment.

Each year, Gensler hires a new group of participants to work and train in select Gensler offices. DSD participants join Gensler as consulting analysts and receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
