The number of locations where a manned security presence is a necessity has escalated dramatically over the last few years. In addition, the environment that many security personnel operate in has demanded the development of a new breed of security operative. Our goal is to ensure that the coverage we provide is suitable for the needs of our clients. As a Specialist in Leisure Security, we offer highly trained, skilled and high caliber Professional Door Supervisors for your Venue. Every client has unique security-related concerns. Our experts will work closely with you to pinpoint security risks, set your program goals and help you understand the variety of security solutions that can be used to mitigate your security risks. Based on this intensive assessment process, our experts will design an integrated physical security solutions optimized for your needs and budget. Our Professional SIA Accredited Door Supervisors are well-known for their positive and outgoing attitude, flexibility and reliability, high standard of personal presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high level experience in search procedures and customer-facing role. The following are included as part of the roles and responsibilities of our Door Supervisors:

Facilitate the smooth running and operation of the venue.

Control ingress and egress of the venue and all exits.

To maintain the venues search policy, professionally and politely.

To ensure that patrons have a positive experience in a safe environment.

Assisting patrons and dealing with their concerns.

Observing the behavior of patrons in the venue and maintaining the venues code of practice and conduct, by dealing appropriately and safely with those who are causing offence and potential danger or risk to themselves or others.

To ensure that licensing laws are upheld to prevent any criminal offences occurring in the venue.

For every type and size of event requires a special form of security service. The individual jobs vary from Entry-Exit control, Traffic-Parking control, Stewards, stage security (Back and front), Tour-Site guide, Foot-mobile patrols and First aid assistants. To enable us to co-ordinate and complication free event, early planning is a necessary step for success. At GMG we specialize in this area as we know the requirements vary from one event to the other. As in other areas we have a solid background of experience and expertise. GMG Security Solutions has the resources to assemble the proper personnel to meet any event need. With our experience in this field, we have a contingency of quality special event staff and supervisors on call to provide immediate response in any situation.

Health and Safety Policy Statement GMG Security Solutions Limited aims to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of our employees while they are at work and of others who may be affected by our undertakings. This general policy statement provides a commitment and intent to comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

To ensure the principles of health and safety are clearly understood throughout the Organization, we will be committed to:

Environmental Policy Statement

GMG Security Solutions provide commercial manned guarding, services to local industry, office buildings, construction/demolition sites, pubs, nightclubs, shops and warehouses. We recognise that some of our operations can significantly impact on the environment, and we will take all reasonable steps to minimise that impact, while still keeping sight of our business objectives and therefore we are committed to adhering to best environmental practices whilst carrying out business. The Company will ensure the availability of environmental information including that the dissemination of such information is processed through briefing, instruction, training and supervision for all our employees. Our commitment to the environment includes continually improving our performance, preventing pollution wherever possible and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. In particular, we will:

Manage our processes so as to avoid/minimise waste.

Work to minimise our use of energy.

Seek to influence all our stakeholders, clients, contractors and suppliers, to minimise the impact of vehicle emissions.

Include environmental considerations in investment decisions.

Ensure all employees have appropriate training and an awareness of this policy so that it is implemented effectively.

Develop guidelines with respect to developments in technology, industrial practices and legislation.

Aim to reduce material use and, use renewable or, recyclable-engineered materials.

Avoid the use of toxic materials and chemicals.

Assess actual and potential environmental effects of all activities in all parts of the business.

Adopt best processes and select the best practicable environmental option.

Review, monitor, and audit compliance to standards and guidelines including assessing the impact on business activities.

Strive for continuous improvement. The Managing Director will take full responsibility to ensure this policy is communicated throughout the organisation during induction training and its understanding verified during internal audits.
