Building data products for modern e-commerce consumers
Retail customers today expect to be able to shop anytime, anywhere. They want access to reliable information on products while browsing in-store, at home, and on the go.While yesterday billboards were replaced by banner and text-based ads, today those curated product-consumer interactions are giving way to consumer-driven product exploration and discovery experiences. This is leading to more users being connected to more products than ever before. In this talk we explore how, by harnessing the power of big data and data science, an eRetailer can successfully develop data products to delight its consumers.
