DSW Evaporative Humidifer/Cooling

The DSW evaporative humidifier series is

usually incorporated into an A.H.U after

the pre‐heating coil and before the

cooling coil.

The DSW humidifiers can be easily

integrated into an air duct system. Usually

the designer must provide a duct section

enlargement to ensure the correct air

velocity but retrofit is common and easy

to incorporate.

The DSW humidifiers can be delivered

in modules to build any size of

“humidification bank” into a large A.H.U

for large airflows down to pre assembled

smaller units which make installation

straight forward.

DSW Evaporstive humididier

Using a corrugated and cross channel configuration ,

the media has a compact structure maintaining

optimum performance at low pressure drop. As they

are inorganic, they are incombustible , certified as fire

proof. It’s inorganic compound makes it odourless. The

media contains a small amount of silver ion which acts

as a biocide to prevent fungus and also helps any water

deposits to release from the media allowing it to stay

cleaner.

configurations combined with our unique electronic steam controller (ESO) provide virtually no

2. The Principle of Mixed Gas Water Sprayer

1) Principle of Sprayer

Wet spray system adopts the principle of vacuum siphon for operation, generating superfine

mist of two-stage atomizing system.In the two-stage atomization system, air water mixture

sprays out from the center hole, therefore realizing the first atomization; when fully mixed

with the gas sprayed out from the side hole, it achieves the second atomization. Adjust the

compression ratio of gas and water according to requirements to obtain the best spray effect;

the spray particle size is between: 5μm ~10μm.

2) Spray System Characteristics

The spray system is compact, but has better humidification performance, and compared

with similar products, it has lighter weight, shorter total length shorter and more excellent

performance. With its soft visual appearance, delicate and circular design, the spray system can

avoid destroying the indoor harmony.

3) Energy-Saving and Maintenance Free

The compressed air consumption is equivalent to 60% of the same kind of nozzle, making it

more energy saving and environmental protective, maintenance free, and of long service life.

4) System Characteristics

With good atomization effect, special vacuum valve design, and compressed air negative

pressure induced humidification.

Its automatic control system can better display the humidity of the humidifying area.

Its multiple safety protection devices ensure that there will be no dripping of water or water

spray from the nozzle.

Fast and convenient to install, its spraying direction can be adjusted at any angle, with good

performance and long service life.

Gas and water mixed design helps solve the problem of easy nozzle blockage.

Its two-stage atomization system ensures extreme uniformity of spray particles, and extremely

fine water mist can evaporate quickly, thereby avoiding the wetland phenomenon.

Humidification applicable to large space with already existing compressed air equipment

is currently one of the most energy efficient humidification. Both of its initial investment

cost and installation cost are far lower than your budget, with therefore good effect, less

investment, quick results, and low energy consumption

1) Efficient spray, humidification, spray system adopt two-fluid soda hybrid technology,

its droplet particles are controlled at 5~10μm, uniformed, without leakage or dripping,

its atomization efficiency is more than 99%, though the equipment is small, its volume of

spray is large: 11kg/h

2) High Efficiency Dedusting

In the atomization process, water molecules collide with each other with high-speedand

therefore produce a large number of oxygen ions containing negative charges, by applying

the principle of positive and negative attraction, they can adsorb and assembly a large

number of dust particles in the air, which, after accumulation, become dustfall.

3) Destaticization

The spray process can producea large number of negative oxygen ions, which neutralize

positive charges, and eliminate static electricity; after humidity increases, it can reduce the

generation of static electricity

High precision control at ±3% RH over a range of capicities from 100~2000kg/h with Certified

Hygiene for use in air conditioning and hospital applications makes this system a perfect solution

to solve many cooling or humidity problems.

The atomizing racks are straight forward to install and allow the lines to be drained and

automatic flushing to ensure hygine standards are continuously met. The systems then

distributes the demineralized water ,to prevent dusting and reducing maintenance ,at a pressure

of 70 bar to the nozzles.
