Volume designed to contain 30 electrodes with a max. Ø of 2,5 mm, without heating. With a snap hook for easily fixing at the belt.

SET-1/220

Ideal unit for construction sites. Volume designed to contain 1 package of rod-electrodes. Casing double-walled and well insulated Temperature approx. 100 °C at 20 °C room tempera-ture. Connection cable with earth contact plug for 230 V, for all other currents no plugs are supplied. All units of this type con-tains a carrying basket for easily pick up of the electrodes. Inte-rior and carrying basket completely made of stainless steel.

SET-1/220TR

Description like SET-1 but with thermostatic control tempe-rature adjustable from 30-150 °C Interior completely made of stainless steel.

SET-2/220

Light and stable model, well portable. ideal for construction si-tes. Volume designed to contain 2 packages of rod electrodes. Casing and lid double-walled and well insulated. Temperature adjustable via thermostat from 50-300 °C with supervisory in-dication lamp. Connection cable with earth contact plug for 230 V, for all other currents no plugs are supplied. Interior com-pletely made of stainless steel.

4 shelves having 5 electrode compartments each to provide clear storage of various kinds of electrodes. Volume designed to contain 50 packages of rod-electrodes. Casing and door double-walled and well insulated. . Temperature adjustable up to 400 °C Thermostat and supervisory indication lamp. Interior including the shelves completely made of stainless steel.

Possible additional equipment against extra charge:

Installation of a thermometer with an indicating range of 0-400 °C, mounted in the front door.

Installation of an electronic control as well as time relay in the switchbox for preselecting drying and holding temperature up to 400 °C.

Stationary welding electrode drying cabinets

The circulating air units of the type SETU/SPTU guarantee an optimal drying of welding electrodes and welding fluxes with high temperature accuracy.

The drying temperature is adjustable up to 400 °C. Possibility for preselection of drying and holding temperature. Special de-signs on request.
