  • DOKSUN MAKE BACK FILL COMPOUNDIt is always placed around the earth electrode in the earth pit to improve the conductivity of earth electrode and ground contact area. The greatest advantage to use the product is that it eliminates the use of coal and salt mixture and will not shrink and crack with time. Our DOKSUN Make back fill compound (earth enhancement material) is :

    A Homogeneous mixture based upon Cement of naturally/artificially occurring hygroscopic conducting compounds. It is chemically activated and modified for earthing/grounding needs, which increases the earthing system efficiency.

    The Dry Type BFC there by creats a strong connection in between the electrode and the soil always.

    Non-toxic, non-reactive, non-explosive and non-corrosive in nature and thermally stable which makes DOKSUN make BFC ideal for earthing / grounding purposes.

    A superior conductive material that solves the toughest earthing/grounding needs, improves the effectiveness regardless of soil conditions. DOKSUN make BFC is an ideal material to use in areas of poor conductivity, high corrosion and frequent moisture fluctuations in the soil i.e. rocky grounds, sandy or gravel soil, and mountain ranges.

    The main principle of DOKSUN make Dry Type BFC is to commence conductivity in earthing to the sandy or rocky soil or any type of soil and to sheath the electrode with it as soon as earthing is complete. This sheathing is conductive, non-corrosive and enlarges the surface area of the electrode to conduct effectively, thus enhancing the efficiency of earthing/grounding system. No setting time is required in this product.

  • Doksun Power thus added a new feather in their product line BACK FILL COMPOUND (Dry Type), and specially developed Earthing Electrode with Shunt Resistor 1 meter in length. Back fill Compound ( Dry Type ) is a specially developed Compound which is capable of high discipation of fault current without use of water in the Compound.The Dry Type BFC is formulated as per RDSO, and is technically known as Conductive Cement Concrete. The BFC Dry Type is Cement base and no bentonite is used in making of this type of compound. This Compound is completely non-corrosive and inert in nature. It helps in faster conduction of fault current, least fluctuation of ohmic value, and eliminates the use of coal salt mixture, as in wet type of BFC, where water is very essential for successful working of earthing. This Back Fill Compound is generally used in Rocky and low moisture areas. The compound is conductive in both state, either Dry state or Wet state, so one should not be confused if moisture is present, then this BFC will not work. If moisture is attained it will work and if moisture is Dried up and no moisture is present then also the whole earthing system will continue to work efficiently. Doksun Power has also developed a different type of Earthing Electrode with Shunt Resistor to be used with this type of Dry type Back Fill Compound. The Electrode is 1 meter in height with three pods delivering the same surface area as 3 meter earthing electrode. The augered pit is completely filled with this Back Fill Compound with electrode in it, and no soil is mixed with the compound. The BFC is filled pure and independently and with or without water as one finds convenient. The rocky areas and low moisture areas are generally difficult to dig areas, therefore this type of Earthing System is completely a boon for them.
