Primary Sand Silo, 200 Tons with 4 compartments. Top has a sieve for classifying into the 4 compartments. The bottom has 4 butterfly valves for discharge into a belt conveyor.


Dry Sand Belt Conveyor from Primary Silo into 4 Compartment Secondary Silo.

Rotating Chute for Dry Sand located on top of the Secondary Silo arrangement. The Chute directs the sand into 4 compartments. The Secondary Silo arrangement consist of a total of 9 silos x 30 ton. These are 4 Silos for the 4 sizes of Sand and 5 Silos for Ordinary Portland Cement, White Cement, Lime Stone Powder and what ever other component the client needs.


The Bottom of each Silo Compartment has one screw conveyor to dosate the material into the weighing scale hopper.

Cement Screen. This is installed before the weigh scale hopper to prevent lumps of cement entering the weighing scale and batching process.
