Quality, durability, support and value of our equipment are the competitive advantages the we have provided and which has made our systems the equipment of choice for our customers.What makes us different:System MountingTanks can be mounted in either the vertical or horizontal layout, depending on application and center of gravity calculations. 500 lb. Dry Chemical + 150 Gallon AFFF Foam Systems are designed to fit into most Fire Fighting, ARFF, and Rescue vehicle beds. We build systems designed specifically to meet the FAA Part 139 requirements. Nozzles can be configured for independent or simultaneous discharge.Pre-pressurizationCompeting systems require a wait time while the unit pressurizes prior to discharge. In some cases, this wait can exceed 60 seconds. Pre-pressurized systems are ready for immediate discharge. Pre-pressurization also prevents packing and hardening of the dry chemical.FinishOur systems were originally designed to withstand the extremely harsh conditions of offshore oil rigs and platforms. All systems come standard with an extra thick (15 mils or greater) powder coat finish, stainless steel hardware, and internal coatings on the AFFF foam tanks to prevent internal corrosion.
