Pressure MeasurementTotal Capability for a World of Pressure
Established in 1972, Druck specialisesin the design and manufacture of pressure sensorsfor a wide range of applications, using micromachined silicon technology.
Silicon technology has a high profile and, despite the proliferation of silicon sensorsdesigned by other companies, Druck is anestablished world leader.
Druck has one of the most comprehensiveand technologically advanced siliconprocessing facilities. It is one of only a fewcompanies worldwide converting rawsilicon into finished products, by employingtechniques such as micromachining.
Multi-disciplined engineering teams areexperienced in the use of hybrids, ASICs,microprocessors and surface mounttechnology. Together with packagingdesign and other facets of engineering,Druck provide a complete solution forpressure measurement.
Silicon sensor technology providesexcellent performance characteristics and amodular design approach allows forflexibility of packaging to suit manydifferent applications.
Shown below is an example of sensorconstruction, silicon processing and also3D solid modelling design tools for fast andaccurate product development.

VOLTAGE OUTPUT
The PMP 4000 Series is an advancedrange of amplified output sensorsdesigned to meet the demands of manyindustrial applications. High measurementaccuracy and stability remove the need forregular recalibration, reducing downtimeand cost of ownership.
Every sensor is fully tested over bothpressure and temperature extremes priorto despatch. The output voltage is set forthe pressure range required and pressureand electrical connections are fittedaccording to customer preference. Zeroand span access allows sensorinterchangeability and the 3 wireconfiguration permits bi-directional outputsif required.
