• Production of corrugated plastic pipes with high produc-tion speed thanks to directly water-cooled mold blocks and an integrated full vacuum system.

• Aluminium master mold blocks are carrying the mold block inserts. these are running in the machine on steel paving tiles follow the shuttle system.

• Full automatic, centralized lubrication system guarantees maintenance-free operation.

• After having adjusted, the die head is fixed to the corruga-tor by means of the centering ring, no afterwards align-ment necessary.

• The parking station and the shuttle principle allow variable pipe length even with inline produced socket.

• Mold block inserts, fixed with quick fasteners, ensure rapid tool exchange.

• The complete tools (mold block inserts and die heads) for ID 500 up to ID 800 are compatible with HD 1200.

• The machine can be electronically adjusted in vertical and horizontal direction.

Corrugated pipe with all kind of socket systems.

Every country has its own special market requirements, stan-dards or preferences as far as the pipe design is concerned. Especially the socket connection and its design varies, thus re-quires a high flexibility to the pipe producer. Using DROSSBACH machines allows this producer‘s flexibility. You can produce the corrugated pipe on the HD machines with any kind of socket solution. This makes the DROSSBACH HD series ready for all markets.

One of the best possibilities is the SAFECONNEC socket solution developed by DROSSBACH which is available on DROSSBACH HD machines only. The single wall SAFECONNEC socket conforms to DIN EN 13476. All other socket solutions are possible to produce, even the twin-wall socket made of inner and outer layer. The illustrations on the right side show some of the possibilities.

The SAFECONNEC socket proved as one of the most favored socket solutions. The combination of efficient and low-cost pro-duction, high production speeds and the long-term tightness of the entire pipe system are unique advantages. These benefits you should share with your clients.
