4-Axle Triple Wing carrierThe 4-axle triple extendible semi trailer has been designed especially for loads of a length of 53 metres. The hydraulic steering system of this semi trailer ensures that it can even reach difficulttoaccesslocations.

3-axle pendle axle quatro blade trailerThefour-timesextendiblependleaxleflatsemi-trailerhasbeenoneofourmostrecentinnovativedevelopments. This trailer is able to reach a length of 67 metres and has been specially developed for transporting wind turbine wings.

Unique lift system (optional): The lift system means that certain obstacles do not need to be removed. This saves a great deal of time/money during preparations.

Bogie is galvanized as standard

A strong robust side bar is essential for the quality and lifespan of your trailer. That is why we have chosen to use a hot-rolled UNP 160. This makes the total steel surface in the corners of the side bars is greater, making the side bar much stronger.

Atrailerisonlyasstrongasitsweakestlink.Inaflatbedtrailer,thisisoftenontheunderside.Becauseofthis,youcantrustthatourflatbedsemi-trailersareequippedwithgalvanizedbogiesandframesasstandard.Thispreventsthesecomponentsfromrusting,makingBroshuisflatbedsemi-trailers last longer.

Especially highlighted for you: two unique characteristics of the ‘Pilot steering’ of a hydraulically poweredBroshuisflatbed.

AmajoradvantageofahydraulicallycontrolledBroshuisflatbedtraileristhatitcomesstandardwith automatic rear steering equipped with the ‘Pilot steering’. As a unique expansion for normal rear steering, this smart module makes it easier for you to reach places that are difficulttoaccess.

By switching one handle for the ‘Pilot steering’ you can isolate the steering movements of the bogie from the steering movements of the truck. This makes it easy to control the bogie of the trailerwiththeremotecontrolseparately,withoutbeingaffectedbythesteeringmovementsofthe truck. In this way, the control of the bogie not only reacts much more directly, but also stronger (+42%). Furthermore, the movements can be controlled more precisely.

The module enables the driver to concentrate on driving the truck, while someone else takes care of controlling the bogie of the semi-trailer.

In this way, the ‘Pilot steering’ ensures that even the most critical bends can be negotiated in a highly controlled and safe way. This is crucial for the ever-longer cargoes.

An additional advantage of the ‘Pilot steering’ is that it makes it possible to align the bogie ‘mechanically’ are at all times, even in case of any electrical fault in the steering system, which it simply not possible without this system!
