Marketers face challenging times. Consumers are hard to reach and are moreinformed than ever before. Retailers seek initiatives that will drive category, ratherthan brand growth and there is limited understanding of how shoppers reallybehave in stores.

Shopper behaviour is based on a multitude of shopping trips- each one unique. Understanding each individual trip – interms of the shopper, the shopping mission, the purchaseprocess and the occasion - is the key to stimulating shoppersto reach out and buy. And growth can only be achieved byhelping more shoppers reach out and buy, more frequently.

The path to purchase is evolvingThe path still begins with a need and ends with a purchase, but along the way shoppers are increasingly subject to arange of influences, which cannot be neatly considered

‘outside the store’ or ‘pre-purchase’. The distinctionbetween ‘consumer’ and ‘shopper’ has become blurred, online and offline has converged and mobile technologyhas created the 24/7 shopper.

As the world’s leading shopper research agency, TNShelps clients understand where, when and how toinfluence shoppers. We build a complete picture of shopper behaviour to help our clients understand andact on the barriers or triggers in the retail environmentto achieve growth.

“Ezis, carestream, internet, diamant, edifact, endobase, klinicom, medical viewer, mosos, pdms, zamicom”

Locatie data

Good value for money.

Verwachte ontwikkeling positie kritische applicaties in:

"Micro Core And Perimeters", ofwel MCAP's.
