PROTEUS® FREIGHTWARE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

The PROTEUS® FreightWare Client Managementmodule has been designed to easily manage thebilling and reporting requirements of transport,operations and logistics managers.

As information is captured at all points of the deliveryprocess, a record of all stock movements can beproduced within seconds. The system has the ability todisplay Proof of Delivery (PoD) images on the web,giving PoD transparency, enabling the user to retrieveinformation quickly. It can then email PoD receipts, orsend PoD receipts by SMS or text message. Tracking ofhard copy PoD information has simplified retrieval ofdelivery records. As a result users are able to search fordocuments very quickly, increasing efficiency.

PROTEUS® FreightWare Discrepancy Reports works inconjunction with FreightWare® Action Alerts. Adiscrepancy report triggers an action alert, whichcould be discrepancies in deliveries or driver schedulesfor example. An action alert can be sent as an SMSmessage to a mobile phone, an email to a PC oroutput to a file. Alerts can be triggered at anytime,but can also be defined and configured to the needsof individual transport managers and warehousingpersonnel. The alerts can have a set date and time,however the software is so flexible that alerts can beon a minute by minute, daily, monthly or annual basis.Alerts can be set as single alerts or combined togetherresulting in multiple alerts. The parameters can bechanged at any time as needs arise.
