Dilmah Sling

Ingredients

• 45ml Tanqueray Gin (Infused with Elegant Earl Grey)

• 15ml Chambord• 10ml sugar syrup• 15ml fresh lemon juice

Method• Combine all ingredients together

in a Boston shaker.• Fill the Boston shaker with ice.• Shake vigorously.• Double strain into a cocktail glass.• Garnish with rimmed popping

candy.

ELEGANT EARL GREYA bold and bright single region Ceylon Tea, grown at around 5,500ft. above sea level, and gently fused with Bergamot flavour. The result is a balanced, medium strength tea with the citrus note that is known as Earl Grey. Warm Winter Spiced Apple Tea

Ingredients

• Fresh apple juice• 1 cinnamon stick• 4 cloves• Dilmah Ceylon Spiced

Chai Tea• Apple slice to garnish

Method• Juice apples and place in a pan with

cinnamon and cloves.• Stir over the heat for 30 minutes or until

the apple juice has the distinct taste of cinnamon and cloves.

• Make 100ml of the Dilmah Ceylon Spiced Chai tea and brew for 5 minutes to extract as much flavour as possible.

• Add both liquids together and serve in a jar (with a handle if possible).

• Garnish with a slice of apple on top.

Ingredients

• 1 Dilmah Gourmet Earl Grey Tea bag

• 20ml whiskey• 2 tbsp honey• 2 cloves• 1 strip of orange rind

Method• Place the whiskey, honey, cloves

and orange rind in a mug with the Dilmah Gourmet Earl Grey Tea bag, pour over hot water and brew for 5 minutes.

• Take the tea bag and cloves out and make sure the honey has dissolved and the whiskey is mixed through.

• Perfect in winter with warm scones!

Misty Mountain Spice Tea

Ingredients

• 2g Dilmah English Breakfast Tea• 1 cup Water• ½ teaspoon Sugar• 1 Cardamom• Small piece of Cinnamon• 1 Clove• ½ slice of Lime• Small piece of Ginger• Dash of Vanilla Essence

Method• Add the tea, spices, lime and

ginger into 1 cup of hot water and brew for 5 minutes.

• Strain into a teacup and add sugar and vanilla essence.

• 2g Dilmah Ceylon Spice Tea• 250ml Water• Toffee Nut Syrup• Bitter Chocolate• Condensed milk

Method• Brew the tea for 2 minutes.• Strain and add in the toffee

nut syrup, chocolate and condensed milk.
