We dream when we are anxious, during examinations and when we are very nervous.

Nice dreams relax people but nightmares scare people, especially children and create psychological and character problems.

Some people, who have nightmares for a longtime are afraid to sleep at night. So, during the day they are tired, they can’t work and they are nervous. Finally they behave like neurotic persons.
