1) Draw a labelled diagram of the parts of tooth.

2) What is plaque?

If we do not clean our teeth properly, food particles may get stuck between teeth leading

to the growth of germs in mouth. These germs from a sticky yellow layer called Plaque.

3) How will we take care of our teeth?

CARE OF TEETH-

a) Brush teeth twice in a day, once after getting out of the bed & once before going to

bed.

b) Floss your teeth under adult supervision to clean the space between teeth. Floss is a

very strong & then thread which is easily passes & clean the area between teeth.

c) Rinse mouth well after eating.

1) DIGESTIVE SYSTEM -

The process by which food is broken into a simpler form so that it can be easily

absorbed by our body is called Digestion . Many organs work together & help in process of

digestion such as Mouth, Food pipe, Stomach, Small & Large intestine, Liver , Rectum,

Anus are main organs of the system.

2) EXCRETORY SYSTEM _ -

This system helps in removing wastes from our body. The process by

which wastes get removed from the body is called Excretion.

, a urinary bladder and urethra.

Solution- Cost of television set = Rs. 4832

Total amount spent = Rs. 7628

Ans- He paid total amount Rs. 7628 .

2. ABC factory makes school uniform for several schools. The manager of the factory bought 2575 m

cloth for trousers and 1785 m cloth for shirts. How much cloth did he buy in all?

Solution - The manager of the factory bought cloth for trousers = 2575 m

The manager of the factory bought cloth for shirts = + 1785 m

Total amount of cloth the manager bought = 4360 m

Ans- He bought total 4360 m cloth.

3. What is the sum of the smallest 3-digit and the smallest 4-digit numbers?

Solution- The smallest 3-digit number – 100

The smallest 4-digit number- + 1000

sum of the numbers 1100
