Appetizer Selections:• Bruschetta served on crostino• Caprese Skewers• Grape Leaves• Classic Hummos or Roasted Red Pepper

Hummos served with Pita• Chips with Salsa and Guacamole• Veggie cups (red pepper, jicama, cucumber,

cherry tomato) served with ranch dressing in a cup

• Pulled pork sandwiches served on brioche with green salsa

• Spanikopita (Spinach & Cheese Phyllo Triangles)

• Raspberry & Brie EnCroute Phyllo• Beef Empanadas




Salads:• Caprese salad with mini mozzarella balls, red & yellow cherry

tomatoes, fresh basil and herbs.• Mixed Greens with sliced apples, golden raisins, walnuts and

balsamic vinaigrette.

Cold Pasta:Fussilli with pesto sauce, black olives, red onions• Cheese Tortillini served with black olives, tomatoes, marinated

artichokes and salami.

Dinner Selections:• Carnitas Bar with flour and corn tortillas, onions, cilantro, three

salsas served with Spanish rice and black or pinto beans. Chips included.

• Chicken Piccatta with white wine, lemon and capers served with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes, choice of salad, brioche roll.
