Scheduling Work:

Work Hours: 1. Double tee bearing pad replacement for the north bay shall be coordinated to occur over a

long weekend when access to the adjacent Taylor Street post-tensioned parking structure canhave restricted access at the entrance I exit drives that occur below the first level of the 350Belknap parking garage.

2. Joint preparation for sealing of the double tee flange to flange joints and joint preparation forthe topping slab cracks can occur during regular business hours.

3. Joint sealing will be limited to weekend hours when garage access can be restricted. Sealingfor Level Five down to the Level Two entrance shall occur at one time or broken up intomultiple phases as required. Joint sealing for Level One to the top of the ramp from LevelOne to Level Two shall be done in a separate sequence.

4. Lite wall and column repairs can occur during normal business hours.

Unit Price Repairs:

Contractor shall provide unit price for the following repairs: 1. Concrete topping crack repair, $/LF.2. Double tee flange to flange corrosion protection, $/location.3. Concrete topping patch repair, $/SF.4. Double tee stem bearing pad replacement, $/unit replacement.5. Double tee stem repair, $/stem.6. Double tee crack injection, $/LF.

Unit price shall include all materials and labor required.

Contractor Work Experience and History:

Contractor shall have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience doing precast parking garage repair projects of this size and scope of work. Contractor shall submit representative project history of this type of work.
