Description

t Submersible mono block pumps with Vortex impeller for draining water with solids.

t The Drainex range solves every requirement for draining and disposal of grey water,

water with solids or sewage with suspended particles in domestic, agricultural and

industrial installations. They drain water infiltrations and operate in septic tanks and

small water treatment installations.

Pumped liquids

t Water with solids or filtered liquids, rainwater, infiltrations, non-corrosive liquids

and wastewater in general.

Temperature of liquids

t The whole Drainex range can operate at a maximum temperature of 40°C.

Solids passage Ø

t Model 200 enables the passage of solids of up to 45 mm

t Model 300 enables the passage of solids of up to 60 mm

Materials

t Pump body, impeller body, aspiration body and impeller in grey cast iron.

t Mechanical seal in silicon carbide and aluminium oxide.

t Pump foot in AISI 304 stainless steel, that can be dismantled for fitting accessories.

t O´rings in NBR.

Description

t Submersible mono block pumps with Vortex impeller for draining water with solids.

t Perfect for draining water with solids and grey water, for working in septic tanks,

water treatment facilities and apartment blocks.

The Atex version for installing in facilities with potentially explosive atmospheres

(Atex classification II 2G-Eex d II B T4).

Pumped liquids

t Water with solids or filtered water, rainwater, infiltrations, wastewater and non-corrosive

liquids in general.

t Models 400 and 500 enable the passage of solids of up to 40 mm with a DN 50 impeller.

t Double mechanical seal: on the pump side in silicon carbide and on the

motor side in graphite/alumina oxide with an intermediate oil chamber.

Control by level switches. Incorporates humidity and temperature sensor (PTC) connection. The panel control is managed by a

programmable relay from which you can adjust and view the parameters on an LCD screen. The pump is manufactured in accordance

with Atex regulations and the electrical switchboard meets the necessary requirements for controlling the pump.

Metallic box. 1 thermal-magnetic circuit breaker.
