All our products will be posted in Instagram. Notification regarding the availability of our product will be posted in the comment section. DELIVERY POLICY STARSIGN aims to deliver the items ordered within the time agreed upon at purchase. STARSIGN will charge the appropriate shipping fees with our accredited couriers according to your location. ORDERING POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

STARSIGN aims to deliver the items ordered within the time agreed upon at purchase. STARSIGN will charge the appropriate shipping fees with our accredited couriers according to your location. We will process your order as soon as you have paid the purchase price and the shipping fee in full. Installments and other payment schemes are only granted in special cases.

An email or a text coming from us and from the courier will be sent in order to confirm that your package is on its way as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

We will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery if we did not meet the estimated delivery date. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will be giving instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at [email protected] or contact us through viber at 09*********. We will be liable for the shipping fee for the defective items and those items left out from your original order. 

RETURN POLICY

For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 30 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please reach us through our email or contact numbers to initiate the return.

The Merchandise is exchangeable within seven (7) days with accompanying receipt. Merchandise is non-refundable and will be subject to exchange.

Ordered Items must come with the original packaging.

Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your exchange within 5 business days.

The customer is responsible for all the costs associated with returning the purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are deemed final as soon as payment is made through Bank Deposits and the proof of the bank deposit slip. Cancellation of orders will not be entertained after full payment. However, the ordered items may be exchanged with other StarSign products with the same price or it can also be exchanged with other StarSign products, regardless of number, as long as it equivalent to that of the original order.
