Ring Road
The Ring Road LAQ sheet for villages of Khadka, Kirmati and Shivmadka does not indicate the acquistion from the plots under water courses, other roads, Jhudpi Jungle and one private plot.
In the situation the area for the Ring Road is taken as a combination of the area from LAQ sheet and as measured from site where not available. This comes to 260135 sq m.
The total area under Ring Road as measured from site comes to 268942 sq m. there is difference of 8807 sq m.
The area of the plots under Ring Road is determined by deducting the area as mentioned in the LAQ sheet from the area indicated in the 7 / 12 documents
For the purpose of planning however the actual area under Ring Road as measured from site is considered which is 268942 sq m.
At the moment LAQ sheet for the State Highway is not availbale for the village of Khadka , 7 x 12 records have not been been updated to reflect this land aquistion and hence the are is measured from the ground.
Both Government plots and Jhudpi Jungle plots are highlighted.
There is a marginal difference between finalized area and the area of the total polygon from the site. This is because the finalized area of plots is slightly less then area measured from site
This means that sum of the plots may have encroached non plot areas such as other roads and water courses.
