Prathiba Nagabhushan

Dr. Prathiba Nagabhushan did her under graduation and post-graduation in Education from
Bangalore. She worked at a reputed secondary school in Bangalore for seventeen years before
moved to Australia with her husband Nagabhushan for their daughter’s higher education.
After her daughter got married, Prathiba decided to pursue her studies and enrolled into a PhD
program in Educational Psychology at the Australian National University, which she successfully
completed in 2014. She now works at St. Mary MacKillop College, teaching Psychology and at
the Australian Catholic University teaching Educational Psychology and Methods of Teaching to
post-graduate students of Education.
Prathiba joined IUCEE in 2014, and since then she has been an important member of the IUCEE
team. She is an instructor of the IIEECP certificate program, has conducted workshops in
engineering education research, reviewed articles for JEET (Journal of Engineering Education
Transformation), and extended assistance towards the IUCEE’s annual conferences.

Prof. Vinoo Correa is zealous & persistently patient hotelier who has loved what he has been
doing for over two decades. He has been with AIMS since 2014 in the School of hospitality and
Tourism where he focused on teaching all about food and beverages to the students.
After completing a diploma in hotel management from Institute of Hotel management,
Ahmedabad, Prof. Vinoo worked for Carnival Cruise for over 15 years where his primary
responsibilities were to help the Restaurant Managers organize: Duty rosters for the regular staffs
as well as newly joined; Taking care of Room Service; Organizing teams to work in the informal
dining areas; Coordination between the Chef & the Restaurant service; imparting own insights
on doing ones job efficiently to the newly joined staffs.
Prior to join the educational sector, he worked for ThinkTanc where his responsibilities were to
take the business of the company forward, staffing, helping in Training, taking care of the
running of outlets. Prior to that he was the Corporate Training Manager for Poppys Hotels Pvt
Ltd where his responsibilities were to Create & implement training & development modules, for
the F&B service staffs, HK staffs, FO staffs in the properties.
He considers himself a student looking forward to widen his horizons from anyone at anytime.
He believes in creating "smart working" teams, instead of the regular 'hard-working' teams and
has been an opening team-member for three properties with a number of start-up hotel chains. He
was also instrumental in building strong, productive, efficient & effective, opening teams for two
four star hotels.

is also the Director of AIMS Centre for Research. Dr Subramaniam has a vast experience in the

Venkateshwara University. With an immense experience in the corporate industry, his
contribution to the field of research is highly valuable. In the area of academics he is an
