Quality Decision Making in Organizations under Uncertainty: A Study of Vancourver 2010 WinterOlympics Security, Research and Creative Activity, The purpose of this research project is toaddress the determinants of quality decision-making in organizations. Thus, we examine thecompounded effect of three distinct elements including committed intent (e.g., goal setting),an organization transformation function (i.e., modulation and controls), and expectedoutcomes (pluralism in decision criteria).
