The imposing building of the Jhunjhunu school is located at Mandawa Road, Sitsar, Jhunjhunu in an open and pollution free area well equipped with sandpit, swings, aquariums, gardens & lawns. The school is easily accessible as it is next to the city railway station and bus stand. It is 4 hours journey from Jaipur, an hour from Pilani & 5 hours from Delhi. The nearest airport is Sanganer, Jaipur.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES :

COURSES OF STUDY :

The schools are dedicated to prepare conscientious and responsible citizen with a sense of integrity and honesty who will be imbued with a spirit of adventure, exploration, research and creation. The schools aim at imparting meaningful education and help the students in developing scientific temper, modern outlook and love for the motherland, its culture, heritage and traditions. The medium of instruction, right from the beginning, is English. English and Hindi languages are taught from Pre-Primary classes. Third language Sanskrit is taught from class 6th onwards.

Presently the schools are running four sections along with two vocational courses.

(A) Pre-Primary Section (KG1 & KG2)

(B) Primary Section ( I to V)

(C) Secondary Section (VI to X)

(D) Senior Secondary Section (XI & XII)

(A) Pre-Primary Section

Pre-Primary Section consists of two classes viz. KG1 & KG2 with age group 3+ and 4+ respectively. This division of TINY TOTS is placed under the responsibility & able guidance of competent and specially trained teachers to ensure effective functioning. The children are nurtured like the delicate flowers. The method of teaching incorporates Play-way, Kindergarten, Montessori and Gandhiji’s Moral Teachings. The children are encouraged to develop an all round personality through singing, dancing, painting, reading, writing and exploring the environment. A spacious playground, park, mini-aquarium, toys library and the audio-visual teaching aids are set up to keep the children in good humour and to attract their attention and to make them more curious and attentive.

(B) Primary Section

Primary classes are from I to V. Apart from the major subjects like English, Hindi, Maths, General Science & Social Science, emphasis is given on Computer Science, Health & Physical Education, Art & Craft, Music & Dance, G.K. & Value Education. Needless to say schools want to cultivate Discipline, Manners & Etiquettes in students

(C) Secondary Section

Our Secondary Section comprises classes VI to X. The compulsory subjects are English, Hindi, Maths, General Science, Social Science, Sanskrit, Information Technology and graded subjects are Health & Physical Education, Art & Craft, Music, G.K., Yoga & Value Education. In the new era of globalised modern education, competition is tough for every exam. Hence, the need arises for an early beginning and clear insight into one’s futuristic plans. Thus our devoted teachers make the students more responsible and career conscious at an early stage of life, the strong concept building starts from the classes VI onwards.

(D) Senior Secondary Section

In Senior Secondary Section, there are two faculties i.e. Science & Commerce, apart from two job oriented vocational courses. This section strives hard to satisfy inquisitiveness of the students and prepare the students to meet the challenges of life and march ahead with confidence. Furthermore, it equips them with a passion for excellence and determination to meet the future challenge.

Subjects of Science Stream:

English Core, Physics, Chemistry are compulsory. Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology & Physical Education are offered as optional subjects.

Subjects of Commerce Stream:

English Core, Accountancy, Business Studies are compulsory. Economics, Informatics Practices, Computer Science, Mathematics & Physical Education are offered as optional subjects.

1. FINANCIAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT (FMM): This course helps students get employment in Financial Markets, Banking & Insurance Sectors, Commodity Market, BPOs & Call Centres. 2. Cultural & Literary Activities: Cultural & literary activities develop the aesthetic beauty in the personality of the students. 3. C.C.A: Every Saturday in the last 2 periods, all the students of Red, Blue, Yellow and Green houses assemble in the School Auditorium and show their variety of talent. 1st, 2nd & 3rd rankers of these competitions are felicitated every Monday in school morning assembly .

4. Educational Tour: To give first hand knowledge to the students, schools manage different types of tours.

(a) Short Tour: Near about 10 short tours in a year to Railway Station, Hospitals, Banks, Post Offices, BSNL, Press, Museum, Doordarshan Kendra etc. are arranged for the students to see the practical working in these organizations to meet the real pragmatic challenges of life.

(b) One Day Tour: One day tour is arranged for the students to be face-to-face with the nature to learn & appreciate the natural beauty to develop their aesthetic quality.

(c) Long Tour: It is mainly arranged during Dussehra vacation to some other state to gain the knowledge of local topography and also understand the tradition & culture of the people of that particular place.

Schools have a system of continuous & comprehensive evaluation. There are Weekly Tests, Unit Tests, Term Exams, Periodical Tests and Final Exams. The promotion to the next class depends on the cumulative academic achievements of the students at the end of the academic session.

RESIDENTIAL SYSTEM :A. Hostel : There are two hostel blocks for boys in the school premises. The first one is for Classes I to V and second one is for classes VI to XII. Hostel is centrally air-cooled and spacious. It has been designed meticulously to fulfil the challenging requirements of the children of all age groups. It includes separate dormitories for junior students and rooms for senior students. The junior dormitories are adequately spacious with attached wash rooms, changing rooms and toilets. Each child is provided with separate bed, study table, almirah etc. Osmosis Water Purification System with water cooler has also been made available.

B. Mess: Most hygienic mess, situated in the campus, serves pure wholesome food. Four meals a day include breakfast with milk, lunch, evening snacks with milk, dinner and night milk. We feel proud in serving 100% organic food. Vegetables, pulses and wheat are organically grown and are free from pesticides and chemicals.

C. Games & Gymnastics: The hostel is equipped with the modern facilities for games & gymnastics because it is well known fact that “Sound Mind dwells in Sound Body” hence more emphasis has been given on body building by doing regular exercises in Gym or Yoga or playing different games. Students enjoy themselves with Table-Tennis, Carom, Chess, Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Volleyball & Horse Riding.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES :

FEE RULES:

1. Prospectus & admission form can be

obtained from school office during

school hours.

2. For Provisional admission in class XI, a

candidate must submit class IX Report

Card along with a xerox of class X pre-

board exam report card.

3. There is no direct admission to classes X & XII. Admission can be given only in

transfer case of parents or shifting of house with documental proof.

4. Schools strictly follow all the rules & regulations of RTE Act.

Documents to be produced at the time of Admission:

1. For class up to Ist original birth certificate along with self attested photocopy

of the same.

2. For class II and above, original T.C. countersigned by the competent authority

and report card of previous academic session.

3. 3 passport size photographs.

4. Migration certificate for the student coming from other board / state.

(I) Tuition fee and Boarding fee is payable in

two equal instalments in the month of

April and October. It must be paid in the

first week of due month.

Oriental Bank of Commerce or State Bank of India or Canara Bank payable at

Jhunjhunu drawn on Bank of India, payable at Jhunjhunu for Jhunjhunu

School.

(iii) Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.

(iv) Transfer Certificate is issued only after all the dues are settled.
