INTRODUCTION

The DP World Customer Portal provides the latest information from DP World’s Terminal Operating

System in a form that is easy to access from any place in the world that has a connection to the

Internet.

It is designed for users of DP World’s container terminals and bulk & general stevedoring facilities

(shipping lines and agents), as well as their customers (i.e. importers, exporters and freight

forwarders), regulatory agencies and other parties such as trucking contractors who have an interest

in the movement of ships and cargo.

ACCESSING DP WORLD CUSTOMER PORTAL

SUBSCRIPTION AND REGISTRATION

FOR NEW ORGANISATIONS

To register for access to DP World Customer Portal, please follow the below instructions.

1. Go to 1-Stop website by entering the following URL- : http://www.1-stop.biz in the address

bar of your internet browser. This will load the 1-Stop home page.

2. To subscribe and register for access to DP World, click on the ‘Subscribe/Register’ link on the

top level menu

3. This will load the 1-Stop’s subscription and registration page.

4. Select ‘An Organisation”.

5. Select “DP World Customer Portal” under Service Family section.

6. Select the particular reporting service that you wish to apply for. Available reporting services

for DP World Customer Portal include:

a. DP World – Carrier Reports:

Access for Carriers to view general industry information relating to cargo at DPW

Terminals

b. DP World – Shipping Line Reports:

Access for Shipping Lines to view on-line secure reports for their own cargo

c. DP World – General Industry Reports:

Access for Organisations to view general industry information relating to cargo at

DPW Terminals

7. Then select where your organization is located.

8. Enter your ABN. The ABN must be an approved ABN.

9. After completing the registration process, your registration details will go through an approval

process by the 1-Stop administrator.

10. Once approved, your username and password details will be emailed to you.

FOR EXISTING ORGANISATIONS – TO ADD NEW USERS OR ADD A NEW

SERVICE

If your company has already been registered for the DP World Customer Portal service and the

required Reporting service, you can be added by your company administrator through the 1-Stop self-

service portal.

You can also call the 1-Stop Help Desk on 1300 881 055 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or

email them on [email protected] to add you to register.

If your company has already been registered as a 1-Stop subscriber but is not registered for the DP

World Customer Portal service, please contact the 1-Stop Helpdesk.

HOW TO LOGIN TO DP WORLD CUSTOMER PORTAL

1. Go to 1-Stop (www.1-stop.biz) and using the login details emailed to you, please enter your

username and password in the Login box located on the top right hand corner.

2. Providing the details entered are valid, you will be logged into 1-Stop website. 3. Click on ‘Launch’ menu item and then click on ‘DP World Customer Portal’ menu item.

4. This will take you to the DP World Customer Portal site:

NAVIGATING DP WORLD CUSTOMER PORTAL

Once you are logged onto DP World Customer Portal, you will be presented with the following

sections:

1. The Top Level Menu Navigation. This will display the following options:

• News

• Terms & Conditions

• Help

• Booked Reports

2. The Left Menu Navigation. This will display the following options:

• A list of terminal sites – When a site name is clicked on, it will load a list of available

reports for the site.

• VBS – When this is clicked on, it will load VBS home page.

• Container Enquiry/Storage Payment – When this is clicked on, it will load the container

enquiry screen which will allow you to query a particular container and the option to pay

for any storage amount owed on it

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR USER DETAILS OR PASSWORD

1. Click on ‘My Account’ link located at the top right hand corner

2. This will bring up a new window and load the 1-Stop self-service portal with your user details.

a. To update your user details such as email address or phone numbers, click on

‘Edit’ button.

b. To change your password, click on ‘change password’ link on the left menu.

REPORT SERVICES

Upon logging in, you can click on a terminal site name on the left menu navigation to view a list of

available reporting services for the terminal.

The reports page for each terminal is comprised of the following sections:

• Import Reports

• Export Reports

• Port Services

• Current Turnaround Times

• Latest News & Events for the terminal

IMPORT AND EXPORT REPORTS

Under the Import and Exports sections, there is a list of reports available for the site. Also depending

on the type of user role that you have been registered as, you will only see reports that are relevant to

your role.

Please refer to the appendix section of this document for a brief description of each report. Detailed

description of each report can be located in the FAQ section under the Help menu located in the top

level navigation of the website.

In addition to viewing these reports, the general Industry and shipping company users are also able to

book email versions of commonly used reports to be emailed at pre-arranged times.

PORT SERVICES

Under Port Services, the following list of services is available:

• National Vessel Schedule – This will load the 1-Stop’s vessel schedule screen and only

available for subscribed vessel schedule users. Please refer to CCD Support Guide.

• National Container Visibility – This will load the 1-Stop’s container visibility screen and only

available for subscribed container visibility users. Please refer to CCD Support Guide.

• Container Enquiry -

This will bring up a detailed view of an individual container record

• Trucking Area Cameras –

This will display images from trucking area cameras located at the site. At the moment, it is

only available for Sydney Port Botany and Brisbane Fisherman Islands terminal.

• Site Contacts –

Main key contacts of the terminal site.

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES

This section displays the local time of the port and the Truck Turnaround times specific to the

terminal.

Truck Turnaround times is currently available for Fremantle and Sydney Port Botany Terminal.

LATEST NEW & EVENTS FOR THE TERMINAL

A scrolling list of news and events specific to the terminal site will be displayed in this section.

1. To view the content of the news item, click on the link.

2. This will bring up a screen with the full details of the selected news item.

HOW TO VIEW OR DOWNLOAD OR BOOK A REPORT

1. To run a particular report, simply click on the report name.

2. This will load a new window.

3. Depending on the report, you may need to select some parameters first before you can view

the report.

a. In this case, select the required parameters and click on ‘Apply’ button. This will

return with a list of results matching your search criteria.

4. If no parameters are required to be selected first, the report will run automatically and display

the results.

Note: The report can also be:

• Downloaded as a CSV spreadsheet which you can save onto your computer.

• Or booked to be emailed to you at a scheduled time or as a recurring event.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A REPORT

1. To download a report in to a spreadsheet, click on ‘Actions’ menu item located at the top of

the report.

2. Then select “Export” and then select * “CSV ONESTOP (comma delimited)”.

* Please note that there will be an enhancement in the near future to add a ‘Download’ link which will

download the correct format and you will not need to go through this menu.

3. This will bring up a pop-up dialog box.

a. Click on “Save” button, if you want the report to be saved to your computer so that

you are able to view it at a later time.

b. Or click on “Open”, if you want to view the report without saving the file.

c. Or click on “Cancel”, if you no longer wish to view the report.

4. Clicking on “Open” or “Save” will open a spreadsheet of the report.

HOW TO BOOK A REPORT

You can book a report to be emailed at a particular date/time or on a periodical basis. The report will

be emailed as a CSV attachment to the email address set up in your account.

Note: You can check the email address as well other personal details that has been configured in

your account by going to the “My account” link located at the top right hand corner of the main home

page. From there you can change your email address, personal details (eg: address) and password.

1. To book a report, run the required report as normal. Then click on ‘Book this report’ link

located at the top of the report.

2. This will bring up a screen with the following options to run the report.

a. From: Depending on the report, there will be some parameters displayed (eg:

terminal, vessel/voyage). These parameters are defaulted to the values you selected

previously when you ran the report.

However you can book a report for a different set of parameters if you want to, such

as a different terminal or different vessel/voyage.

b. Every: The day(s)for when you want the report to run.

c. At: The time when you want the report to run

d. Until: The final date to stop running your report.

3. After selecting your options, click on ‘Submit’ booking. This will bring up a confirmation page

to notify that the report will run at the scheduled date/time and will be emailed to your email

address once completed.

Note: Ensure that the email address is correct before submitting the booking. To update your

email address, just go to ‘My Account’ link located at the top right hand corner of the main

home page.

4. You can view all your scheduled bookings under ‘Booked Reports’ link from the navigation

menu from the main home page.

5. The booked report page will show all your booking subscriptions. You can delete any future

and past scheduled bookings from this list by clicking on the ‘Delete’ button.

Note: Some reports can only be booked as they are considered long-running reports. These reports

will take up to an hour to run from the scheduled time, therefore please factor in this delay when

scheduling these types of reports.

The long running reports include the following:

a. Containers in Yard (total)

b. Empties in yard (total)

c. Containers on Storage (total)

d. Hazardous in Yard (total)

e. Reefer in yard (total)

LOGGING OFF

To log out of DP World customer portal, click on ‘Log out’ link, which is located at the top right hand

corner of the .

Here you will find a list of frequently asked questions and information about each report.
