We accept VISA or MasterCard – Call office 727.842.8066 for processing LOGISTICS AND REQUIRMENT: Event will be held rain or shine. No refunds. No rain dates. Each participant is responsible for collecting Florida State sales tax and reporting it to the Florida Dept. of Revenue. Each participant is responsible for their own display and must be open during advertised hours of the event. All participants must be registered, no exceptions. FEES: $25.00 for ½ 8’ table or $40.00 for full table is non-refundable. SPACE SIZE: Each space will include a table with two chairs per table. SET UP: begins at 8am; you must be in place by 9:30a.m. for start of the show at 10am. Please check in at the registration table for your location. Vendor must follow all rules and regulations as outlined by City, County and State Health Department. Site may be re-assigned at the sole discretion of Main Street event committee and/or staff. BREAK DOWN AND CLEAN UP: Each vendor is required to break down their booth after the close of the event . Clean up of booths and surrounding areas is the responsibility of the vendor; please remove all trash from your site as you tear down. GENERAL RELEASE: The Vendor as undersigned below agrees to the rules stated in this agreement between myself and Greater New Port Richey Main Street, Inc. (GNPRMS). The vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Greater New Port Richey Main Street, Inc. the City of New Port Richey, any and all sponsors and any and all members or agents from all claims, injuries, damages or actions caused or suffered by the vendor arising out of the activity or participation of the vendor in connection with this event. Vendor also agrees to save and hold harmless Greater New Port Richey Main Street, Inc., the City of New Port Richey, any and all sponsors and any and all members or agents for the damage of or loss of personal property and or effects of the vendors stored, used or sold during this event.
