(09-16-2018 through 10-16-2018) 21in 2017 LARCENY, ENTERING AUTO; 180916108 27 Bull St. (Beat 26). 9/15/2018 23:45- 24:00 hrs.: The complainant stated that she received a call from her bank stating that they had found several fraudulent charges involving her debit card. She went to her purse, which was under the driver’s seat of her vehicle, and saw the only thing missing was $454 in cash. The vehicle was fingerprinted. AGGRAVATED ASSAULT; 180918001 W. Broughton St./Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (Beat 26). 9/17/2018 23:41 hrs.: Officers were flagged down by a black female, who had a non-life-threatening stab wound on her left wrist, and was in possession of a steak knife. She stated that the man that stabbed her was going north. One officer stayed with the victim, and the others went to canvas for the suspect. They were unable to locate the suspect. LARCENY, SHOPLIFTING; 180919075 19 W. Broughton St. (Beat 26). 9/19/2018 12:13 hrs.: The complainant stated that a male wearing very little clothing came into the store and stole 2 pairs of shorts. The suspect was identified. Suspect Arrested. LARCENY, BICYCLE; 180919151 102 W. Broughton St. (Beat 26) 9/19/18 19:00 hrs.: The reporting party stated that she locked her bicycle in front of Fox Coffee on Broughton St and left it for the night. She stated that when she returned at 1900 hrs. only her front wheel and lock were left. LARCENY, OTHER; 180919178 Barnard St./Congress St. (Beat 26). 9/19/2018 22:22 hrs.: The complainant stated that he got into an altercation with the suspect and at some point during the altercation his phone went missing. The suspect returned to the scene and caused a disturbance in front of Officers. The suspect was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Suspect Arrested.

AUTO THEFT; 180920008 411 W. Congress St. #Block (Beat 26). 9/20/2018 02:33 hrs.: The complainant stated that she had parked her car on Julian St., had her car jumped and returned the cables to an unknown individual parked on Franklin Square, and when she returned her car was missing. Vehicle Recovered.

LARCENY, FROM BUILDING; 180921081 103 W. Broughton St. (Beat 26). 9/21/2018 12:25-12:34 hrs.: The complainant stated a group of juveniles entered the business and stole the tip jar. The suspects were located near Yamacraw Village and identified. Suspect Arrested.

LARCENY, BICYCLE; 180926112 Bull St./E. Congress St. (Beat 26). 9/26/2018 16:34 hrs.: The complainant stated that he put his bicycle in the bike rack on the front of the bus before getting on it, and when he arrived at the transit station, his bicycle was still in the rack. He got off of the bus with his groceries, and saw that his bicycle was missing.

ROBBERY, SUDDEN SNATCHING; 181001134 4 W. Broughton St. (Beat 26). 10/1/2018 20:24 hrs.: The complainant stated she was waiting for food to be served at a restaurant and two males walked by who acted as if they were going to trip and fall. One male grabbed her wallet containing her SCAD ID and her debit card and ran away. The second male attempted to grab her friend’s purse, but she wrestled it from the suspect. The suspects ran through Johnson Square.

LARCENY, SHOPLIFTING; 181004131 38 Montgomery St. (Beat 26). 10/4/2018 17:125 hrs.: The complainant stated that a group of three females entered the store and went to the back room with several items of clothing. The females declined a fitting room. She observed the females walking out of the store, and saw that they had taken a pair of jeans and a sleeveless gold top, along with other items but she is not sure of what exactly. There are no cameras in the store.

LARCENY, OTHER; 181004090 22 W. Oglethorpe Ave. (Beat 26). 10/3/2018 16:00-10/4/2018 13:16 hrs.: The complainant stated she went to the restroom and took her ring off to wash her hands. She said she did not notice it was missing until closing. The ring was missing when she returned to the restroom.

LARCENY, OTHER; 181006010 300 W Congress Ln. (Beat 26). 10/06/18 01:10 hrs.: The complainant stated that someone bumped into her and stole her Silver Iphone X. The complainant advised that she attempted to locate her phone via the “locate my phone” app, but it had been disabled.

LARCENY, BICYCLE; 181007012 119 Bull St. (Beat 26). 10/07/18 17:00 hrs.: The reporting party explained that the bicycle was last seen in the alley behind the CVS on Friday 10/5.

LARCENY, ENTERING AUTO; 181007097 Barnard St/W Broughton St. (Beat 26). 10/06/2018 12:40 – 10/07/2018 16:40 hrs.: The complainant stated that she noticed damage to the vehicle then noticed the vehicle had been entered. The suspect(s) cut just under the window of the convertible top to make entry into the vehicle. The only item that was

taken was a fleece blanket from the trunk. The vehicle was fingerprinted.

LARCENY, OTHER; 181009009 111 W Congress St (Beat 26). 10/09/2018 01:40 hrs.: The complainant stated she passed out from drinking too much for about 10 minutes and when she awoke her clutch and Iphone were stolen. An employee from the Barrel House said he saw a male about 5’08” and 180 lbs wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and light green backpack running from her location. LARCENY, BICYCLE; 181011074 Barnard St./W. President St. (Beat 26). 10/10/2018 12:00 -10/10/2018 22:30 hrs.: The complainant stated that his bike had been stolen from this location. The complainant advised had left his bike chained to the post he returned to find the bike missing and he located a piece of the chain on the ground.

LARCENY, SHOPLIFTING; 181015104 321 W. Broughton St. (Beat 26). 10/15/2018 15:10 hrs.: Officer’s responded to the Clock Work Skateboard Shop in reference to an unknown male who shoplifted an army camo backpack.

LARCENY, OTHER; 181014015 20 Jefferson St. (Beat 26). 10/14/2018 02:18 hrs.: The complainant’s stated that they got into a fight with a group of girls at Wet Willies and during the fight someone stole one female’s purse and the other female’s phone. Wet Willies does have camera footage of the fight. LARCENY, OTHER; 180916018 Bull St./W. Gaston St. (Beat 25). 9/16/2018 02:30-03:13 hrs.: The complainant stated he was approached by a male who asked to use his cell phone to call his mother. When the complainant gave the male his phone who then fled in his vehicle.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, DVA; 180921191 3 Factor’s Walk (Beat 26). 9/21/2018 22:50 hrs.: The victim reported that she got into an argument with her boyfriend. The victim reported that her boyfriend struck her, pointed a silver pistol at her, and threatened to kill her.

LARCENY, FROM BUILDING; 180926040 128 E. Bay St. (Beat 26). 9/25/2018 17:30-9/26/2018 08:30 hrs.: The complainant stated that an employee who had been scheduled to work but had not shown up was the suspect that stole money from an unsecured register, valuing $310. She has video surveillance of the incident.

LARCENY, BICYCLE; 180927129 201 E. Broughton St. (Beat 26). 9/25/2018 19:00-9/26/2018 09:00 hrs.: The complainant stated she had locked her bicycle to the pole in front of the Flying Monk restaurant overnight, and her bicycle was gone when she returned to get it.

BURGLARY, COMMERCIAL; 180929088 130 E. Bay St. (Beat 26). 9/19/2018 18:46- 9/29/2018 17:30 hrs.: Video surveillance shows the suspect entering the business after hours and taking unknown amounts of cash from the safe and register. The suspect is an employee of the business who returned several more times throughout the night to take

money. The exact amount of money taken is unknown. Suspect identified, reporting party declined to prosecute.

LARCENY, SHOPLIFTING; 180927015 502 W. Bay St. (Beat 27). 9/27/2018 05:58 hrs.: The complainant stated that a male had stolen one beer from a twelve pack of Heineken. He had attempted to take the whole pack into the restroom, and was confronted by the staff when he tried to leave without paying for them. He returned the pack, but they noticed that one was missing. The suspect fled on a bicycle.

LARCENY, BICYLCLE; 181009062 Bull St/E Congress St (Beat 26). 10/09/2018 12:34 hrs.: The complainant stated she parked her bike at this location and when she returned her white bike with a leather seat was gone. The bike also had zip ties on the front as well as a basket on the back of the bike.

LARCENY, BICYLCLE; 181011079 12 E. Oglethorpe Ave (Beat 26). 10/05/2018 20:18 – 10/11/2018 15:00 hrs.: The complainant stated the chef for the restaurant and when he went to leave his bike was missing. He checked the security cameras and noticed one male know the man and has never seen him in the past.

ROBBERY, GUN; 180925147 412 W. Bay St. (Beat 27). 9/25/2018 20:55-21:07 hrs.: The victim reported that he parked and stepped out of his car and began using his cell phone. After he exited his vehicle, he was approached by a male with a gun. The man pointed the gun at him and demanded the keys to his truck, and snatched the keys out of his hand. A second male with a black book bag and a gun came from behind the truck and took his cell phone. Both males then got into his truck and drove away before the phone’s GPS was turned off. There was a gun locked in a lock box under the driver’s seat. Vehicle Recovered, Investigation On-going.

LARCENY, FROM BUILDING; 180928033 2 W. Bay St. (Beat 27). 9/28/2018 14:22 hrs. The reporting party advised that his employee's cell phone got stolen off of her cart as she was cleaning rooms.

LARCENY, ENTERING AUTO; 181007074 14 Barnard St. (Beat 27). 10/07/2018 05:00 - 12:40 hrs.: The complainant stated he arrived to work and when he returned to his vehicle that someone had gone through his vehicle. He had a 12 round magazine with 12 9 mm rounds and pepper spray taken from the car. He was unsure if he locked it or not.
