This later led him into Syndicated Lending as well as Corporate Finance. He headed the Corporate Valuation practice of KPMG in Luxembourg for nearly 7 years where he also gained extensive experience in M&A as well as Transaction Services. Subsequent to this he took another step into the Mezzanine/Private Equity arena before joining Commerzbank in 2006 where he was initially responsible for the Bank’s Financial Engineering activities in Bavaria focussing on tailor-made Structured Finance solutions and Financial Advice for a demanding corporate client base.

Since 1999, he has worked as a corporate lawyer and has successfully advised Chinese companies in a series of M&A and IPO projects. Furthermore, he provides long term legal advice to Chinese companies in Germany, particularly regarding business contracts, financing, claim management, labour, immigration, intellectual property and real estate. Qun Huang, a native Chinese speaker, is fluent in German and English. He is member of the international Bar Association.
