1. If you already have a version of Mobile 3 or 4 on your device it is important to uninstall it. Just removing from the Home screen won’t delete the previous version and will prevent installing the new one.

2. In Chrome, type-in the address provided, or just click on it if it has been sent to you by email or SMS.
