rEntal tImE….Most prices quoted are for a 2-day period. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call us for long-term rates.

PaymEnt tErms….The balance of your payment is due prior to delivery or upon pick-up at one of our showrooms. A 50% deposit is due for all tent reservations. All charges are for time out, whether the product is used or not. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa and local checks with a valid driver’s license.

DamagE WaIvEr….A damage waiver fee of 10% is an option available to all renters. This fee relieves the renter from liability for accidental damage to rental product. EXCLUDED from this waiver is intentional damage and misuse or lost or damaged items due to theft or mysterious disappearance. All damaged/broken items must be returned!

orDEr CHangED/CanCEllatIons...If a customer is picking up their order, adjustments can be made at any time. Changes for delivery orders must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before your event forfeit all deposits. Cancellations made after delivery, installation, or pick-up forfeit all payments.

DElIvEry/PICkuP…..Available on any size order. Please understand our deliveries are tailgate, which means our driver will place the rental product within 20 feet of where his truck can safely back up to. Our office will be happy to quote an additional carry fee should you desire the rental product to be placed elsewhere. Delivery charges are based on zip codes. Schedules are made in advance, and you will be notified several days prior of your delivery date. Deliveries made on Saturdays or Sundays may incur an extra charge. Set-up and takedown of tables and chairs is available for an extra charge and a site plan must be provided.

EquIPmEnt usE….Instructions will be provided for all amusement equipment rented. Please be sure to inspect all equipment upon pick up or upon delivery. After your event, tables and chairs should be knocked down, stacked, and ready for pick-up. All china, glassware, etc. should be rinsed, food free, and repacked in the containers they were received in. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew.

Cutting a Tiered Square Cake Start from the top by removing the 6” tier, which is usually the bride and groom’s cake to be saved. Cut a circle about 2 inches from the outer edge of the 10” tier. Work from this circle and make vertical cuts about 1 inch apart, until the ring is completely sliced. Use the same starting procedure and cut another 2-inch ring, again slicing into 1-inch pieces. Repeat the procedure until the tier is completed. Repeat entire process on 14” tier until all cake has been served.

Work from any side to cut a horizontal line about 2 inches from the outer edge of the tier. Slice from right to left to make vertical cuts about 1 inch apart, until the entire row has been sliced. Cut another horizontal line 2 inches from the new edge and slice this row. Repeat until entire tier has been cut. You should produce 5 rows in the 10” tier. Move to the 14” tier and repeat the process for 7 rows.
