Main featuresAll Doseuro pumps are fitted asstandard with top quality 4 poleelectric motors that conform tothe UNEL-MEC specifications, andrange from 0.09-4.0 kW at Europeanstandard 3 phase voltages of230/400V @ 50Hz.

Non standard motors are availableto many alternative specifications,including different voltages andfrequencies, insulation standards, and

special explosion-proof versions.

The dosing rate is fully adjustablevia a manually controlled eccentriccam mechanism with spring return,or positive displacement plungeraccording to API standard 675.

Automatic adjustment is availableby means of servo-control motors,pneumatic control or motor frequency

control, interface PROFIBUS or otherBUS, if required. The very stronggearbox utilises a worm and wheelgear reduction system.

Our pumps are complemented bya wide range of accessories whichinclude, foot valve/strainers, pressurerelief and loading valves, injectionfittings and pulsation dampers.

Special versions of construction areavailable to suit our clients specificapplications.

Positive displacement plunger dosingpump PDP series positive displacementplunger dosing pump are manufacturedaccording to API standard 675.Multiplex drive units with differentperformances can be coupled betweenthem, independently from the size andstroke number.Stroke adjustment can be carried withthe pump at rest or in operation.Accuracy is better than 1% from 10 to100% of maximum output.
