• Standard Mode: Suitable for urinary stones as well as selected soft tissue treatments, all energy, frequency settings and combinations available on the laser are accessible.

• Dusting Mode: Completely destroys small to medium sized stones by creating dust tiny enough to pass naturally, eliminating the need for recovery of fragments, yet is gentle to surrounding tissue.

• Fragmenting Mode: Fast and efficient for breaking larger or hard stones in the kidney or ureter that leaves no dust residue and allows for complete removal of stone fragments using recovery instruments.

• Single Pulse Mode: Precise and controlled energy transmission ensures the laser pulse is only delivered to the desired area of the stone making it particularly suitable for small stones located in high risk areas.

• Advanced Mode: A slow buildup of the power

density provides less momentum and minimizes the movement of mobile stones during treatment with the specially designed laser pulses of the Dornier Advanced Mode. This effectively reduces treatment times thanks to fewer re-adjustments of the endoscope or laser fiber and less usage of fixation instruments in the working channel.

• Soft Tissue Mode: Specifically developed for soft tissue applications, the pulse duration, energy and frequency are optimized for cutting and coagulation.
