System Overview
The standard system cubicle (SE) together with the cubicle itself, the expansion accessoryprogram represents a method of construction, which fully satisfies today’s and futurerequirements.

The SE cubicle uses screw fasteners and consists of the frame, the panelling and the individualparts.
The frame consists of sendzimir galvanized steel profiles interconnected by corner connector’sand fishplates.

The profiles have two mounting flanges with the system perforations and an additional row ofholes for securing the panelling. The profiles can be mounted as standard in all three coordinates.
The door is of symmetrical design and can therefore be hinged either at the left or right. A flangecan be mounted so that standard doors can overlap. Punched supports are fitted for installation ofaccessories (instruments, circuit diagram pockets, cable guides etc.). The door is ready to befitted with a seal.
The side and rear, roof and base panels are of identical design. All edges are curved and theyare secured to the frame for earthing, by means of permanently fitted screws with a cuppedgripping point
Removable parts, as for example the 19" rack support, the hinged frames, the mounting platesand parts for the connection areas etc. are galvanized and are mounted in the system grid bymeans of self tapping screws.
Ancillary parts like roller sets, filters, fans etc. can be fitted at any time.
The cubicle is ready to be fitted with seals to give protection against foreign bodies (water, dust)and/ or for Electro-magnetic disturbance fields (HF).

Intermediate Post
This post allows for the division of a larger frame into smaller sections. For example a 1200mm(nom) wide frame can be fitted with Z x 600 (nom) panes which can be removed separately.These pictures show the intermediate post fitted to w- style profile.

19" unit support
This support unit provides for variable fixed installation in the SE cabinet. For installation of 19"front panels and 19" units. For mounting in the system holes of the U-struts and the universalstrap.

19" hinged frames
19" hinged frames can be fitted in cubicles with a nominal width of 600 mm and above. Specialadapter parts make it possible to mount these in 800 and 900mm wide cubicles even withoutusing spacer struts. The hinged frames can be mounted both at the left and the right, at anyheight.

There are four standard door styles available. The style required depends entirely on theapplication and the price level. All doors are manufactured from zinc seal material. Doors can behinged on left or right hand side.

Panels
All stand panels are fitted to the frame by means of special countersunk screws. The screws havea cutting-ring in the head that penetrates the painted surface and allows earthing. There is noneed earth panel to frame with wire lead.

Lifting options
Overhead Lifting

IP 54
Cabinets can be made to suit IP 54 applications by the use of rubber gaskets in the panels anddoors. The diagram shows the door rubber seals. All panels and doors can be removed withoutcompromising the integrity IP 54 seals.
