ISEG – the best years "I am proud to say that I was a student at ISEG – one of the Schools of Economic and Management with the most tradition in Portugal, which stated off some of the most brilliant professional and academic careers in our country. I was there that I spent the best years of my life in terms of learning and companionship, surrounded by an outstanding faculty and fellow students from my degree, many of whom today occupy positions of great importance in the Portuguese economy. It gives me great joy to see now that all this legacy continues to be recognised in the international rankings of the best Schools of Management and Economics. This is a good sign, which implies that “My” School remains at the forefront of knowledge and will continue to educate people who will have the ability to think, question, and contribute to the advancement of Portugal and the world". ISEG wins the Human Resources Award Portugal For the second year running, ISEG has been elected the Best Educational Establishment in the category of best actions and educational solutions in the areas of Organisational Culture and Personnel Management by Human Resources Magazine Portugal. The Marketing and Communication department of ISEG area was represented by Jorge Borges, who received the prize during a festive end of the day on the 9 th of July. This year it was won by an Economics student from ISEG, who stood out from among more than 100 candidatures. Diana Silva is also Chair of ISEG+ Solidarity. Congratulations!
