As she made her pur- chase at 1:45 p.m., Mid- Week’s representative ap- proached Donna with a simple question. She an- swered correctly and in- stantly won a $150 Food- land shopping spree. “I like the local prod- ucts, local food, the poke bar, hot food bar and section of local crafts,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper on why she likes shopping at Foodland. “Also, it’s convenient.” Donna is originally from Madison, Wiscon- sin, and moved to Ha- wai‘i in 1972. A retired flight attendant, she en- joys walking, reading and spending time with her granddaughter. She also likes to read Mid- Week. “I like the variety of columnists, such as Bob Jones and Jade Moon,” she said. “Also, the Pā‘ina pictures and the ads.” INspiration To Build New Warehouse LA Rams Donate Cleats To Farrington Thomas Sorensen, owner and CEO of Honolulu Design Center and INspiration Interiors, has purchased a 10-acre parcel of land in Campbell Industrial Park for a new distribution center. Honolulu Builders will be constructing a 263,000-square-foot warehouse, and the new project is called Hanua Logistic Center, after the street it’s located on.
