As per client GASCO requirement for Main control Room and surrounding areas were specially designed by SPAZIO Ergonomic designer from Italy with their nominated Sub contractors (Capofferi - SS Columns, Glass Partitions, Wooden Partitions, decorative interior Panels, etc., MBM –Raised Floor with marble, Busnelli – console & Printer counter tables etc.,), Barrisole – for stretch ceiling, M/s Planet Gypsum Décor LLC, (Gypsum & GRG works), Laximi Metals LLC, (Steel / Wooden doors), DNSM – ETA group for Cubical partitions, Forsroc, Mapei, BASF, Laticrete RAK products knowledge on proper uses for site critical civil incident solutions. Dewalt, Hilti, Fisher Products are to be considered on exact type of resources for execution of construction works on site.

COMMERCIAL ISSUES RESOLVEDOvercame while we shall have been initiated Circular marble Stone Columns’ cladding at rotunda in Al Ghurair project for GAI, the circular Jerusalem Gold marble stones diameter had not matched with existing mall circular stone column’s diameter. GAI was continuing the project of extension mall. Inconsequence of materials have been ordered long lead basis as per approved shop drawings.

Moreover the materials were received at site on schedule. However, I was taken that challenging job & made some modification in materials with our skill teams and successfully installed. From that we have resolved the commercial issues, cost savings, time etc,

At HSGP project site for Dodsal Engg, we have provided the marble wall cladding / vanity counters on Gypsum partition frames based on contract drawing, appropriately I have highlighted and proved with my interior work experience regarding the weak point of rigidity on such frames. For that we provided additional GI Box section frames on gypsum partition for the above work. From that we saved the quality of work and prevent future issues on this part.

EXPERIENCE ON COST SAVING INITIATIVESI can say proudly that I have been involved as a key person to save enormous cost & time on formwork materials which was used for 250mm/200mm thick concrete blast wall for buildings at Dodsal Engg., HSGP Project. At first-hand I constructed treatment plant for a temporary camp’s services tank 4m W x 40m L – 5m height shear wall with existing available stocked formwork beams from various completed project sites material plus normal scaffolding material supports & skilled carpenters’ team. (i.e., there were no full systems of formwork material) This method of formwork, we have been followed all building’s blast wall construction.

Furthermore we decided to provide all roof slabs’ formwork material to be used by rental basis with a minimum period of target to be decided and calculated. We achieved that target on every roof slab. Again the formwork rental materials were provided by our procurement team with competitive prices, apart from us saved enormous time & cost.

Furthermore we decided to form a precast yard including formwork / steel cut & bend fabrication yard with skilled team for overall plant construction. We have time-honored record that less than 1% wastage on cut & bend rebar fabrication.

EXPERIENCE ON VARIATION CLAIMSAt the final stride of Fairmount hotel project for GAI, I was with our senior QS team & Client’s M/S kulkarni Quantity Surveyors team to finalize the issues upon variation claims, which were differed at site constructed from Approved drawings, Feed drawings and Specifications. Due to other trade issues, modification by End User & Consultant at the time site discussion. For that we provided AS-Built drawings, related approved documents, site related progress photos. From that we were solved most of the issues and additionally claimed around twelve millions AED. For that, I can ensure that early identification of potential issues, program analysis for variation on multidisciplinary complex Engineering, Procurement & Construction projects and precautions will be taken on documents as per required.
