I was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I immigrated to the states at the age of 14 to reunite with my par-ents. It was a bitter sweet transition that left me with excruciating feelings of nostalgia. Nonetheless, I remained convinced that I would eventually adapt and thrive. “Education is the key to a prosperous life; stay in school no matter what!” That’s the leit motif my parents have been uttering all my life. Their advice revealed to be tremen-dously instrumental. The challenges I encountered as I navigated the then New American culture and language could not set hurdles to my determination to excel throughout high school. I graduated with high honors. My performance earned me a full scholarship to Tennessee State University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. There is a personal story behind my affinity for Engineering. I was inspired by my late Uncle, Arnold Castille. Uncle Castille was a self- taught construction foreman with a passion for good deeds. Helping disenfranchised children and their families with food and tuitions became one of his favorite thing to do. When I turned eight, I told uncle Castille about my desire to emulate his character in my adult life. His somewhat familiar and humble reaction moves me till this day. “You have an opportunity I was not dealt with. If you stay in school, you will be better than me, and you will surpass my accomplishments.” Rest in Peace Uncle Castille! When I’m not donning my hard hat and boots as an engineer, I enjoy volunteering and philanthropic activities. My goal is to become the best I can be while positively inspiring others to dream big. As a woman of integrity and character, holding the title of Miss Haiti International US is more about leadership than notoriety. I hope to be able to play my part and help make Haiti a better place to visit and live. My life has been filled with privileges, joy and love. I have learned that it is what you make of it. My platform “A Better Tomorrow For Today’s Children: Building A New Generation” is all about promoting health, nutritional and educational support. I’m involved with a medical organization called Haitian Organization For Health Services (HOHS) where I am the Spokesperson and Board Member and an orphanage called “Little Piece of Heaven Foundation” where I am the Director of Public Relations. In Arkansas I already have an extensive track record in helping others, especiallyin my country, I’ve never seen such a giving community. I’ve witnessed many missionaries going to Haiti on a regular basis, children benefitting from free medical care and procedures over here. I would like to see more of that especially with providing more long term support to healthcare organizations.

Education is crucial in the development of leaders and we believe this should start very early in the children’s lives, especially through orphanages. Our orphanages would benefit not only from adequate nutritional support but from strong education as well. We need help from professionals who can help locals build and maintain schools, sanitary systems and wells. This of course would be a program extended over time and financed through fundraising. We may need to consider an ex-change program down the road for our young professionals as well. Did You Know Hermanie Holds 3 Titles CurrentlyMiss Haiti, Miss Saline County, & Miss Northeast Arkansas

Other pageant girls and women can follow my footsteps by determining their goals, what positive changes they would want to bring in their environment, big or small, and start taking the right actions to pursue them re-gardless of fear of what others think, be willing to learn from the more experienced and adjust to unexpected occurrences. I want to develop an academy of leaders

who will positively impact their surroundings and could serve as inspiration to many other people. I am currently working on a scholarship fund project called “Leaders through Education” to encourage kids go to school by giving them scholarship to pay for their school so they can get an education. I believe there are no leaders without education. To all my Arkansans kids please take advantage of the free education because not many kids are bless with free schooling around the world.

“Radio wasn’t my choice I tried different careers ,but none clicked like radio. I wanted to become a teacher. I was in the military from the age of 17 in high school, so I gained experience from there and working in the O.R. as a technician. I actually ended up getting am English Degree in college. Then I realized I didn’t need it, because I could work in the civilian world in the operating room and make tons of money in which I tried that for awhile before I quit it was too much stress. Makeup was something that I loved and could do well, so I got a position working makeup for Hot 96.5 where I met the Fragrance Rep. She was cool and introduced me to her husband the manager of the station. He liked my personality and offered me a position in sales. I tried it for months it wasn’t for me. One day they called me in to the office to tell me I wasn’t working out in sales, but they loved my personality and that I would be great in radio. I loved the idea and thought so too! Everybody who knows me knows I am a live person and I’m a talker, so that was my calling. I tried it out and my first week people responded very well to me. I had the professionalism, you know that’s the key. The music well it chose me. FortunatelyI was backed up by 6 of the Most Inspirational Guys you ever want to meet. Catfish Cooper, he was my 1st radio partner. He showed me the ropes and made it an easy gig. Larry LeBlanc, I would say “Put Me On”, he literally discovered me. Gordon Hodges the very person who was willing to take a chance with me at all COST. He made sure I was always happy. Two guys who I feel are the Epiphany of Radio, Mark Dylan and Broadway Joe. Both of these guys sleep and breathe radio. Broadway Joe our Program Director/ Operations Manager keeps me on my toes. Mark is such an excel-lent personality he’s that cool collective voice of KOKY.

I would lastly have to say John Payne this man is the best self motivator. He’s the type of person who expects the best from everyone and also brings it himself. I’ve been mid day girl since I got here 12 years ago. I’m a mother first and foremost, this position allows me to see my chil-dren and be a wonderful mother at all times. I get the opportunity to also do Praise our Inspirational Channel it allows me to enter my spiritual being. I get to give back we go out to Watershed a program built to really help people in need. Every year we go out and help families at christ-mas. I am so touched by how people give. It makes me feel whole.”

“If I wasn’t in radio I would go back to school and get my Nursing Degree. You would find me in your local operating room. For now this is it and I love it! I also would love to buy this station and run it. I would create more jobs and opportunity. I am a dreamer, so of course I’d like to hit the jackpot or lotto and buy it. On the flip side I love to reach out to my audience and give them the best of me. To the children out there mind yourself when you are away from your parents. You never know who’s looking and who has a plan for you, so be on your best behavior at all times. I support my local artist, but I can’t blow everybody up the best advice I can give is take control of your career and invest in yourself. There are so many ways to get heard, but we and I mean Radio D.J.’s can’t play every cd we get. There are programming rules and we don’t have anything to do with that. Power 92.3 does put fourth an effort to support and help local artist. Be passionate about what you do, because if you are not then what are you doing it for.”

DIB 501: What’s Up Queen?

Blackkoldmadina: I’m Good Queen, Glad to be alive and well.

DIB 501: Good, Good We Had The Pleasure of meeting at The 2010 Female Hip Hop Honors Awards! I was proud to honor You with The 2010 Humanitarian Award for your works in The Hurricane Katrina Aftermath. Your Admiration shined through and you were reckognized for that. You were so gracious and accepting of the award and the people. I know you embraced me and my ideas. Tell Me more about yourself.

Blackkoldmadina: ( Laughs and Sighs) Yes Queen I have a story to tell ya know.. My background and history lies in New Orleans you heard me.I was a normal lady doing my thing. Rapping making music and organizing my company Born Hustler Records. I loved music and how it made me feel inside ya know. When the hurricane came about I was stuck in a situation where I could’nt vacate. Me and my family was left there to weather the storm. I had just bought a lil ole camera from a lady up the street 2 weeks prior to the storm. When it happened I started filming the water it was deep. I was way up my attic trying to escape it. During filming I touched on the events before and after the hurricane. It was a bad situation. Alot of people suffered.

DIB 501: So tell us some of the events that lead you to now be an Oscar Nominated Film Producer and Actor.

Backkoldmadina: Well like I say, I was filming my personal experi-ence during the hurricane also the area and the people affected by Katrina. My footage got in the hands of some really powerful peo-ple. A lady by the name of Tia Lesson,Carl Deal, and Danny Glover produced Trouble The Water. Which is a documentary through my eyes on the events of Hurricane Katrina. They showed me how to relay how I was feeling at that time with the trials me and all those people went through. We survived the storm and we live to tell.

DIB 501: Amazing! So Through all the trails and triumph you found relief.. I am saddened by the events of Hurricane Katrina, but I am so thrilled about the opportunities that came to be for you! Over The Years Since what have you been up to?

Blackkoldmadina: Well I am still doing my music now more than ever.. My New Cd Entitled “Queen” will be dropping soon. The Cd will be an experience from a queen’s point of view. I am doing Motivational Speaking which means I travel to Engagements and Speak. My Organization is called The Amazing Unbreakable Speakers. My website for speaking booking me at your event is www.amazingunbreakablespeakers.com I am trying to help steer our young people. I love learning and speaking on what I know and have learned. I try to tap into the greater part of thems by using my life experience as a backdrop to their own experiences. My personal gains and trials and what was the outcome of it all. People can gain from other’s, so I try to leave my mark on anyone who wants to receive it.

Now Who Is Blackkoldmadina?

Blackkoldmadina is my positive energy, my energy of strength, energy of love, and realness. The pure element of me. I battle back and forth on whether or not I am an entity. I believe my spirit says I am. For Real Queen you got to think about it now,

Queen Elizabeth the 2nd was a black woman. I blame man for corrupting the black woman into thinking she isn’t the powerful being she is. I think life is magnificent it’s mankind that’s making it corrupt. You’ve got this magnificent beautiful mind that is waiting to be unleashed! I believe “The Black Woman Is God”. My Spirit showed me who I was. My Spirit my greatness my powers allowed me to move out the way and let it flow through me. After I did that all these amazing things start happening to me. It allowed me to progress and get to where I needed to be. Why would god be a man when birth and LIFE comes from a woman. We are his backbone. You Can’t live without a backbone. A man can’t run this world alone for one he can’t produce the people of the world for two he is not designed with the sta-bility of a woman to run this world alone.Yeah it’s my word against History, but I stand on what I believe in. It’s Our Per-ception that the world has that keeps us in the background hidden under the stereotypes! I Believe Woman Has A Great Ability And Should Be Acknowledged As God!

DIB 501: Wow I have Heard It All!! The Black Woman Is Really God. We Have The Power If We Just Believe! So What kinds of advice can you give a young black woman trying to find herself?

Blackkoldmadina: Stay Grounded stay on your throne in your own lane. Don’t let anybody detear you away from your dreams. Keep the negative out of the way and let your spirit through. When I see queens walking around and to think they don’t even know Who they are. And through learning my history of being a queen and how queen’s rule I stumbled on my true findings.

Studies show The Black Woman Is Really GOD...

Somewhere in my life when my mother passed bad things were hap-pening, but somewhere in there I knew this would happen. When it all came about I knew it. I had already got myself ready for it. I had to go on my journey and get ready to deal with everything. The people the criticism and all that came to be. My Success was already received. I was already ready.

DIB 501: I am telling you life is a journey and sometimes you do have to just relax and let it flow. There has been talks of more acting coming from you. Where are you going with your career?

Blackkoldmadina: My music is number one I am acting and learning more about the business. I’m inviting the greater things in life that’s happening to me to shine through my music. With tracks like “It’s Your Birthday Momma”, “My Brother’s Coming Home” embraces your people coming home from incarceration.“Bust It Wide Open” about a woman’s sexuality and art. I’ve been working with some awesome producers such as Niyo, Rick Nasire with Festival Studios in New Orleans. I am defiantely on a quest to expose my music. The Queen is on her throne baby. God Bless everybody trying to get somewhere in life ya know! You can visit my website www.bornhustlerrecords.comAnd order my “Trouble The Water” Cd Support that cd it’s on point. Also for the latest music and infornation VISITsonicbirds.com/blackkoldmadina for more of my music.

DIB 501: I can’t wait to hear the new cd. We have to collaborate soon! Queens Unite! Uh Oh I think I just leaked something! (Laughs).. Queen it has really been a pleasure talking with you. I know you are big on family and your husband, Scott is definately in your corner. Are you guys talking more babies or what?

Blackkoldmadina: Haye anything’s possible my daughter Sky would love a sibling ya know! Momma can wait tho (Laughs)!

Kenyelle Lamar (MUA)

I am from Brooklyn, New York We moved to Huntsville, AL when I was 14. I at-tended Oakwood Academy from there Johnson High School where I graduated. Boy, I had a rough childhood my mom and dad wasn't there. I was being raised by my Great Grandmother & Grandfather and all of my Aunts and Uncles until I was taken away by the state of New York and put into foster care. My Mom is addicted to drugs, but she’s still a good person from the heart. I've always wanted to be a model since I was a little girl, but unfortunately I didn't start at a young age. I was adopted at the age of 10 into Seventh Day Adven-tist Family and Modeling was a big no no for this religion, but that was many years ago. It seemed like every where I would go people was always asking me "Why are you not modeling?

Well after having 2 beautiful children and getting my degree I still was not satisfied, because I had not met my goal in becoming a model. I also had people doubting my abili-ties to achieve my dreams because of the kind of person my mother was, but I didn't let it hold me back might of slowed me down but with faith and God on my side I kept it mov-ing. October 2010 is when I started working and building my Portfolio. I reached out to my best friend Yaya Brown (PRO MUA) and she told me to come to Atlanta, because she was building up her Portfolio and she had an appointment with a Celebrity Photographer. I went along to check it out and see what they do. After she was finishing up with the models make up while helping her pack her things when Mr. Jeno, the photographer, asked her was it ok to shoot me, because he loved my look. At first I told him no until my best friend dragged me by the ear and said to me ,“Do you know who he is? He’s one of The Best Photographers in ATLANTA.

Now you’re going to sit in this chair I’ll do your makeup and you’re going to show out for me!” So right now I am so thankful that he did notice me and he helped me get my portfolio started. Ever since then I have been taking pictures with Various Photographers. Just to name a few Kim A Ross, Maurice Gilkes, and Gerald Pendleton, hopefully soon I get to work with (Machetti Mitchell). My adopted parents was Head of Communi-ty Services at our church so I’ve been do-ing a lot of charity work for my commu-nity. I have been involved with Toys for Tots since I was 15 and I do it every year I love helping people and making some-one’s day better especially at Christmas time. Just to see a parent or child smile makes me feel like WOW! I really did good.I am Rebekkah G. “On The Rise Model”

There Is so much to say about K-Nada and what he brings to the table. His ear for great music and eye for amazing talent started in the late 90's. He says music is a genetic gift and all he wants to do is create great entertainers. Starting in the game with his cousin B.I. Dubb together they learned the art of mixing and recording us-ing their own sounds and beats. It wasn't long before K-nada realized what he had. "I don't know what it was it was like a positive energy that helped me make all those beats and come up with all those songs. I would pull my homies off the streets and bring them into my home to record. I believed in these people. I wanted to make Stars!" Most of my friends were talented beyond ya know they all didn't have the right drive and I found myself recording and trying to make things happen for people that didn't want it for themselves. I recorded over 200 songs that could have went somewhere”. Now I try to focus on working with artist that want it just as bad as I do. I have a crunk sound, but I am very versa-tile I love to produce all kinds of music. My twin sister Christina sings Gospel I have produced many tracks for her. We came from church and it is deep down in my soul but I also have the edge that allows me to totally let loose and pro-duce my down south sound." Eyelashes Date Back To 1916. They were first created by a Famous Film Director by the name of D.W. Griffith. He had a wig maker wove human hair through a fine guaze and then it was gummed onto the Actresses Eyelids! But.. Eyelashes first started using fringe material. Fringe was carefully attached to thread and by means of glue this pattern was affixed to eyelid. Obviously, these eyelashes failed to look natural and they only lasted a few hours. This type of eyelash was short lived as the procedure was rather expensive, only fa-mous people could afford it. Years went by and use of false lashes declined picking back up in the 50’s & 60’s With increas-ing advancement in production of the eye-lashes they became more popular in 2000. Models and more Actresses were wearing them. Now they have many diffrent varities to choose from.Individual and Strip Lashes Are Available. Through Many Companies At Your Local Beauty Store. We divide our selves between the many tasks that we set out to accomplish every day. Whether it’s working, furthering our education, spending time with our family, or dealing with everyday stressors, we have to divide our time and prioritize what’s most important in our lives. We must subtract the negative forces that we are faced with daily. Figure out what is best for you and your family; set some goals to work on. High enough so you can reach them, close enough where you can see them, and far enough for you to take a glimpse every once and a while to re-mind yourself to stay on track.

Awareness ALERT:

ASK LADY KAREN

Old clothes, old shoes especially food that is more that a couple days old even hairstyles have a time and a season that it is beneficial to us, then it will begin to loose it’s effctive-ness. So periodically we have to evaluate and re-evaluate the things we value and our mindset towards their importance to help us accomplish our goals and stay on the path of life that will allow us to be self-sufficient substain our lives, and the lives of those for which we are responsible. After all, no one, and I repeat, no one wants to go backwards in life. Yes, we may want to redo some things, or turn back the hands of time, but we don’t want to literally “go backwards”. It’s not a time to look at yourself and be discouraged because ‘it hasn’t happened yet’, but it’s a time to look at yourself and say, I still have time to get it done ! Although it may seem as if you are starting overfrom scratch, that really is the big idea. Right? To have a chance to start over and get it right this time. Isn’t that what we want? To be able to begin again, but this time have information, lessons learned and ‘head’s up’, so that we don’t make the same mistakes? Yes. That’s what we want! Well, now is the time! Time to begin again stronger, wiser and so much better than you were before! To look at the various areas of your life that need something fresh or new and get your plan together to make it happen! What deci-sions can you make that will help you live longer and feel good while you live? Start anew in your finances! We must determine that we will NOT spend like we used to because that is what got us to where we are today. Start this month by determining that I will donate a little of my income to save a little something.

TO HECK WITH THE JONES’! Until the Jones’ pay my bills, I will live on this level, while establishing my self for greater in the future. After all, I’m starting a New! Examine your Spiritual Life. Connect with your creator and find your purpose. It is then that you will embark upon success and experience peace along the journey, no matter how rough it may get. First start with what’s most important and that is Loving You! Sincerely,Whole Heartedly and Completely. The you that only you knows, still needs and desires love. You must make peace within yourself and learn to love yourself. You may not like everything you have done but you can learn to love you completely! For it is only then that you will be able to move for-ward. It is only when we determine to start new, today, that we find the strength to do just that! Move forward today with the New You! ~Lady K

Delvon JohnsonAuthor/Actor/Producer

Talented Author Mr. Delvon Johnson is exploding onto the scene with his newest book entitled “Be Careful What You Ask For” which is a sequel to the compelling novel “Love Yourself First” book series. I am so impressed by the fact that not only does he write, but he acts, produces film and is ahead of the game in fashion.

I asked Delvon where does he get his inspiration from and he told me about his love of fashion and fashionable women of which he tailors alot of his character’s after. The pure essence of a lady with class intrigues him. Most of his stories were inspired by friends and life itself. He tells me that Elan Harris a fabulous writer was his greatest inspiration. Also a bad relationship caused him to spazz out and fight fire with fire through his writings. “I just went into angry mode and out came a BOOK!”, says Delvon. The fact that this man published his own novels is very amazing. Currently his books are being published by African American Exchange and can be purchased on Kindle & Amazon. Publicist Ernest Jackson of MNS Media Group: [email protected]

In his new novel “Be Careful What You Ask For” Delvon brought back the unforgettable characters from “Love Yourself First” which is based on New York City’s Fashion Industry. Delvon Just landed a New Gig, He’s THE NEW HOST FOR UBC’S (URBAN BROADCAST COMPANY) “STYLE AND BEAUTY CAFE”!! As an established writer for GBM NEWS and LGBT he is constantly up-dating his craft and taking on new roles in his real life novel. Delvon tells me how busy and exciting his life is these days. His career has blossomed playing many characters.Featuring on Numerous Tv and Radio Shows like Lovin’ Leyna, for which he wrote, He is also Executive Producer for J. DIB501: Tony, How Are You Doing?

Tony: I'm doing well thankyou.

DIB501: That's good, I am glad you decided to do an In-terview with us, Thankyou.

Tony: It's My pleasure, Machetti

DIB501: Well, first off I'd like to know how did you get started doing music?

Tony: Well I was 5 or 6 playing drums and my dad played snare drums. I would watch American Band Stand. I wanted to play like they played. I loved the way they moved and hit the drums, but they would only show a few seconds of the drummer. One christmas I got a guitar. I would play it. My uncle came from Vietnam, he had a Box Guitar that he barely could play and I would get on it and mess around a little bit. I would show them how the stars on television held their guitars and how they played. My ability to learn the music through listening to radio and people play came about. I would listen to the radio and learn the song before it ended. When I went down to Mississippi and visit my grandma and aunts I would play whole songs for them. I learned everything by ear. I didn't know how to read music. When I got to High School I didn't grasp it there either.

DIB501: So you definately have a feel for music, most people have to read music in order to play. So tell us how you got with The Barkays?

Tony: Well I was playing on Beale street one night and I was getting done with a gig when I was introduced to the road manager named, Zeik. He heard my set and everything and they were leaving and he was like how would you like to be apart of The Barkays. I was like yeah of course. He said “Well get in”. I said now, he was like yeah. I told him I couldn't just up and leave ya know I have a family and there was no notice or anything,so he said I tell you what we’ll be back here in 2 weeks be ready then. From there I became their equip-ment check guy I did that for a year and a half. Watchin for Almost 2 years and memorizing the parts and vocals. They were like man you did the whole show. I said I know all yall’s stuff. Then a month or two later they made me a member of the band.

Today we sit down and talk to one of the Legends of Funk, Anthony (Tony) Gentry of Memphis,Tennessee. A talented guitarist and backup singer for The Legendary Funk Band The Barkays. They Are also known as The Staple of the 70's. The Group formed in Memphis and dates back to the early 60's. We learn how a chance meeting on Beale Street would change his life forever. Today the group is still popping and funking up the place all across the land. Touring performing as background vocalist and rhythm guitarist for groups like The Ohio Players, Slave, Brick, Con-funk-shun,The Band, and Lakeside to say the least.

DIB501: So basically you were in the right place at the right time.

Tony: Yep, Basically and then one day the original guitarist (Micheal Landerson) was caught up some-where and couldn’t get to the venue one of the guys came up to me and said Tony we need you to fill in for Micheal just put on his clothes and do as much of the set as you can. I did the whole show! It’s been almost 19 years now.

DIB501: The Lord Blesses in mysterious ways, Tony. It was your calling to be there and have the skill, will, and determination.

Tony: Yes nothing but a blessing I tell you.

DIB501: So what are you up to now?

Tony: Well I am on the road alot playing backup for The Barkays and groups like The Ohio Players, Slave, Brick, Con-Funk-shun, The Band, and Lakeside to name a few. I work with a couple groups outside of The Barkays, Project Seven and Kemistri. I'm working with Eight Ball & MJG and Dougie Fresh on projects and their live performances. Spiritual music is my main focus. I write alot of spiritual songs right Deramis Roberts and Elvis (Black Elvis) Williams are producing for me as well. I have a new song pro-duced by Jazzee Phe.

DIB501: Okay, Tony so you're pretty much a musi-cal genius? I love the fact that you stay in the game and your music speaks for itself. Rarely do you see generations meshing together to make good music. I know that you keep a new appeal and have some-thing for every artist. Well Tony what's next for you?

Tony: I have a Line of T-Shirts, I'm headed to Italy in the Fall. My album is in the works... I’m Blessed.

DIB501: It has really been a pleasure talking with you I’ve learned that hard work along with a natural talent will take you far. It has been a journey we all know what that is. Gareeno Mackey, a true blood Bahamian that made home to NW Arkansas to pursue a promising future in Mechanical Engineering. At age 23 and from the Bahamas, many would ask why move from such a beautiful place whom some may consider the perfect get-away? Well it’s because of his ambitious courageous spirit. From birth he was determined to leave, “I gave my mother Doreen Deveaux, much heart-ache from my futile attempt at salvation in the US”,says Reeno. His ambition led him on quite a journey to con-quer goals in any which way possible and still today he is doing so. Taking on another hobby which he consid-ers to be one of his best passions “Bodybuilding”. “I’ve been successful in my first competition which was the All-Natural Amateur Arkansas Championship placing 1st place in the Small, 1st Overall Novice, 2nd Open Men Short and 2nd Mr. Arkansas. My second competi-tion was my progress competition and I really brought it then knowing my areas of improvements which was my diet and posing”,says Reeno. That night at the NPC Arkansas State championship he did just so. Placing 1st in the BB Middle Men Novice, 1st BB Men Overal, 1st in the Middle Weight BB Men Open. His best of all accom-plishment was “The BEST POSER AWARD”.”That was a dream come true for me, but my journey hasnt ended there. I am soon to be a graduate in Mechanical Engi-neering. I’m working towards my IFPA Pro Card which will take place in Kansas City, Sept 15th then my NPC IFBB Pro Card. That will be the biggest competition I’ve ever entered which will be on November 4th,2012 in Atlanta... Look out for me folks because I’m on my way. God Bless!

Networking! Say it with meN-E-T-W-O-R-K-I-N-G. Yes there you GO!Here I have broke down a few steps to help you along your way.

Rule #1 -Loose the “It’s About Me Factor”- It is about you, but without a Strong Foundation to build on it will stay just about you! Not only will you drive away busi-ness, but you will drive away your selfworth.

Rule #2 - Gather in Networking Fields that are positive and useful for your expansion. You will connect with people that can assist in your journey. They will lend their services and support based upon positive interac-tion.

Rule #3- Keep your ideas to your business or company a secret, but allow yourself to be a team player by giving tips & ideas for something new with a person who has alike visions as you.
