I have been a Realtor® in San Antonio, Texas for 21 years and I became a Broker in 2008 and started a International Real Estate Brokerage Firm called Doerr Realty in January of 2009. I also have over 13 years experience as an International Consultant for residential and real estate development projects in Mexico and throughout Central America.

missed a few payments and the loan has gone into a delinquent state. At that point, the homeowner will get a notice of default letter. After

that, the homeowner will have a certain amount of time to respond. This can be a very problematic time for the homeowner.
