There is a general measure for Parent-Child visits and also the bonus measure for Father-Child visits. The first Parent-Child visit for the month will be credited to the general measure whether or not a father was present. The bonus can be earned after the first Parent-Child visit for the month is met and then an additional visit specifically with the father is accomplished.
The father must be listed in the “Collaterals/Contact” section in order to receive the bonus credit.◦ The DFCS CM must update this list if a father is not listed.
Don’t forget to fill out this screen in GA Score.Requirements for Permanency Contacts between a child and parent or child and sibling are indicated by providers on the Family screen in GA+SCORE.
