Field Report June 10, 2014 Dear Sirs, I am writing this report to report on the experience I have had working with the DocMobility system these past 3 months. I would like to take two perspectives; One, as a new contractor going thru the sales process, signing up, the challenges and learning they must take on, and, Two, as a sales rep/consultant in the field. New Contractor perspective: To learn the system, we thought It would be good to sign up as a mock contractor. First test: April Signing up from the email I sent myself, I tried to sign up and had errors in completing the process, in fact it said it couldn't process my request..although I was charged $75. Did not receive any email instructions. I eventually got my funds back and we canceled this account. Second Test: May Went perfectly. Signed up easily and received introductory emails with instructions on how to set up my profile and site. Was charged the initial $49. www.doctormobility.com/home-sweet-home In the sales page, you mentioned I would get a doctormobility email too, I cannot figure out how to set up or access that. The website looks good however, I went to this page and signed up for a FREE MOBILITY CHECKUP and have no idea where it went or did I get any confirmation on my side as a contractor or under the email/client I signed up for the request. The App did not work with my username and password, so I could not use it. I did use the correct iForm app and was using an Apple iPad.

    Dear Sirs,

I am writing this report to report on the experience I have had working with the DocMobility system these past 3 months.

I would like to take two perspectives; One, as a new contractor going thru the sales process, signing up, the challenges and learning they must take on, and,Two, as a sales rep/consultant in the field.

New Contractor perspective:To learn the system, we thought It would be good to sign up as a mock contractor.

First test: April Signing up from the email I sent myself, I tried to sign up and had errors in completing the process, in fact it said it couldn't process my request..although I was charged $75. Did not receive any email instructions.I eventually got my funds back and we canceled this account.

Second Test: MayWent perfectly. Signed up easily and received introductory emails with instructions on how to set up my profile and site. Was charged the initial $49.www.doctormobility.com/home-sweet-home

In the sales page, you mentioned I would get a doctormobility email too, I cannot figure out how to set up or access that.

The website looks good however, I went to this page and signed up for a FREE MOBILITY CHECKUP and have no idea where it went or did I get any confirmation on my side as a contractor or under the email/client I signed up for the request.

The App did not work with my username and password, so I could not use it.I did use the correct iForm app and was using an Apple iPad.

  • The only email I had to find to contract the company was [email protected] , support and info were returned undeliverable ( I would suggest making this a catch all email as this left a negative impression on me as a client trying to get assistance)

I was billed a second time for $49 in June.I was checking my accounts, but had I not it would have escaped my notice. As you can imagine, a client/contractor would be most displeased by being charged again, and then having to contact the company to rectify.

I signed up for pipeline deals, but as of yet not explored their system, as I have not been able to use the App correctly.

    From a Sales/Rep perspective:

I was initially invited to come on board by Joel as a sales/marketing consultant to promote and sell the DoctorMobility concept, system and brand.

It has turned out to be more of a test market exercise more than a sales job, as the systems have had to be reworked, tweaked and fine tuned.

The website looks great and very informative.

There are no instructions or demonstrations of this App for the contractors to look at or learn from.

The gmail system is good for one on one communication, but as far as follow up and keeping people in the pipeline it is limited and a bit cumbersome.

Our social media presence is very low. A facebook page that hasn't been updated for sometime.

No clients using the service at this time to give social proof .

    SUMMARY

I like challenges and would like to continue to work with and build this business, as I think it is very good Idea, very profitable, and a perfect time in the market place with the Aging Baby Boomers.. That's why I jumped at the opportunity to participate when Joel offered me the opportunity to come on board.

  • I have enjoyed working briefly with David. He's a great trainer and has valuable knowledge, but I know he also has a full time job.

Ned & Frank have been very helpful as well and overall I have a good feeling for the company and where it is going.

I want to do a video demonstrating the App to show the convenience ease and power of how it will be used in the field. In fact I think this is a must in today's market place. People want to SEE what they will be using / buying / promoting.

I'd like to set up a marketing funnel using a newsletter type/ video mail system to stay connected with current clients, potential clients, and the public in general.

I am building relationships in the building community here in Oklahoma as well. My mother is a realtor and knows many of the builders in this area.

Also, I have connected with a semi well known public speaker in Dallas, who speaks to the NAHB, and she really like the DoctorMobility concept.

My time is valuable, and I find myself on this journey without any compensation so far these past few months. I was transitioning into this to be a full time position for me, and I now find myself financially in trouble because of this, and I cannot in good conscience call and sell this product/system/brand that is not up to speed and functioning yet.

These frustrations led me to writing this report.

I hope my observations and insights have been helpful.

I am willing to continue to do what I can to help perfect DoctorMobility and grow this company and brand, however, I must require some initial compensation until such time as we can go on a commission basis.

    Thank you and sincerely,

    Jahn Warner Laster
