3-year program Involves 2 supervisors: 1 in Czech Republic

and 1 in France Agreement between Czech and French

universities (« convention de cotutelle ») Aimed at Mgr/Ing students 5 months stay in France per academic year

(3-year program = 3 X 5 months in France) Starts from 1st of October or 1st of November

Part 2 : Stage BGF (internship program)

Short stay, from 1 to 3 months Aimed at PhD students or young doctors Scientific project with a French researcher Necessary to define a clear objective of the

stay: learn new techniques, use of equipment, access to special ressources (bibliographical)…

Part 2 : BGF calendar

Deadline for submitting applications:=> the 11TH of March 2016

Oral presentation: => End of March / Beginning of April 2016

Results:=> By May 2016

ST starts from the 1st of June 2016 DC starts from the 1st of October 2016

Part 2 : BGF practical info Campus France manages the technical aspect 767€/month (rate 2) for Cotutelle (~21 000 Kč) 795€/month (rate 1) for Stage (~22 000 Kč) No university fees Healthcare/insurance included

• > 28 years old and/or 3 months stay or less : Campus France insurance provided

• < 28 years old and more than 3 months stay : no social security fee, need to subscribe to a student health insurance (LMDE or SMEREP) [refunded by Campus France]

Campus France can provide accommodation International travel costs not covered! Travel costs in France can be paid (only arrival and departure)!

Part 2 : financial support for cotutelle (joint thesis)

767€/month (rate 2) for Cotutelle (~21 000 Kč) + around 140-160€/month if you find by yourself

your accomodation (~4 300 Kč) + between 150 and 200€/month IF ELIGIBLE from

CAF called APL as support for accomodation (~4 600 Kč)

+ 261€ first month for buying books every stay in France (~7 000 Kč)

+ 700€ for buying computer (only once)

Part 2 : financial support for stage (internship program)

795€/month (rate 1) for Stage (~22 000 Kč) + around 140-160€/month if you find by yourself
