Implementation modalities

This product can be installed and used in two ways, on-demand (SaaS) and On-Site:

On-Demand (SaaS): This mode isrecommended for SMEs who do nothave an IT department or simply donot want to have the complicationsof implementing a solution of thiskind. In this case, the application isrunning on a hosting company andaccess to services is provided by thesoftware remotely using a browserwith Internet access.

On-Site: This mode, unlike theprevious one, is recommended forcompanies that do have systemsstaff within their employees, haveIBM Lotus platform and want to havecomplete control over their softwareand infrastructure. In this case theapplication is installed on computersprovided by the customer and isusually accessed on the intranet, butmay also provide access to remoteusers anywhere in the world througha web browser and Internetconnection.
