TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 The appointment initially shall be purely on contractual basis for one year which contract could be extended further depending upon requirement of the services of such appointee and recommendation by HO office about hisher performance requirement of work and conduct on the job However hisher services may be terminated even prior to the completion of contract period by issuing of one month notice or payment of one month wages in lieu of the notice if hisher services are not required due to non availability of work for which principle of first come last go shall be followed Hisher services may also be terminated during the contract period if hisher conduct and performance is not found satisfactory for which notice with due opportunity of being heard shall be given

2 His Her age at the time of his joining the post should neither be less than 18 years and not more than 45 years Relaxation in upper age shall however be allowed in case of Scheduled CasteScheduled TribeOBC and Ex-Serviceman as per Rules

3 His Her appOintment will be subjec~ to the production of Medical certificate of fitness from the Medical Officer of the t~o Hospital

4 The appointment shall furt el b subject to terms amp conditions of accompanying form of Contract agreement hond (Annexure-I) which is required to be executed between the candidate and HPSEBL (Ap~() int~g thority) on stamp paper valuing Rs 5- only duly attested by the compete a th rity

5 He She should give a declarat ion that he has got only one living spouse or is a bachelor

6 He She is required to prod ~ i111ec~dent verification certificate to the satisfaction of the Department from the 1st CI 5S Magistrate or two Gazetted Officers known to himher at least for the last three years

7 He She is required to produce hisher original DiplomaDegree from the recognized Institute and Matriculation c rt fkate or equivalent thereof in proof of hiS e requisite qualification and proof of age to the office concerned before joining the post

8 He She is required to prodl c~ a certificate from the competent authority to the effect that heshe is bonafide resident at Himachal Pradesh at the time of joining the post

9 He She shall produce a certificate from the competent authority in support of hisher belonging to SCSTOBC IRDP and Ex-Serviceman in case heshe has been appointed against the vacancy reserved for ttlese categories

10 He She will be required to take oathaffirmation on the following form
