• Contract term - 1 year.

• Both parties can terminate the agreement with 1 month notice prior to the expiry date, otherwise it

will automatically be renewed for the period of one year

• All services fees are subject to Thai Withholding Tax and VAT.

Additional and Out-of-scope Services

If Customer requests additional on-demand out-of-scope services in exceed of regular maintenance

support, we will apply the below rates with 10% discount.
