1 The patient presented with a carious lesion on the distal of the first premolar. A Triodent V3 Ring was used to retain the matrix band and achieve tooth separation.
2 Building the proximal wall.
3 Layering using SureFil SDR flow bulk flowable.
4 Final shaping.
5 Ring and matrix removed before finishing.
6 Completed restoration – note the broad contact.
