In my DO letter No.CMDIBSNU2O1S/L 3132 Dated 28.04.2015 & DO letterNo.7-31201S(PHM) dated 21$ May,2015, it is insisted that all efforts are to be focused on theplan for the landline customers for free calling on any network in night hours from 9.00 PM to7.00 AM w.e.f. 1d May 2015 to increase the landline connedions in BSNL.

The analysis of weekly report on the effect of free night calling, it is observed that thenew Telephone @nneclions and the re@nnection of the disconnected phones haveincreased and it is also observed that the disconnedion of telephone conneciion has beenreduced considerably.

Already it is intimated that any shodage of materials like drop wir, jumper wire andCLIP telephone instruments may be addressed to Sr. GM(NWO-CFA) and for supply ofbroadband modem and 5 pair cable, GM(NWO-BB), BSNL,CO may be addressedaccordingly. The demand for NTC in technically not feasible area is also to be considered formaking feasible to provide new telephone @nnection.

Instrustions have already been issued to all Telecom. Circles to popularize this plan ofnight free calling and free roaming facility by various methodologies including press meeting,organizing regular melas, electronic media and roadshows.

I once again urge all circles to gr:ab this unique opportunity immediately to maximizethe landline connections and all the staff and AssociatiorlUnion may be apprised to get theminvolved to popularize this plan for increasing the landline conneciions.
